The gentleman man with the cool tattoos who was super friendly did an above and beyond good job my family usually always orders a lot of food and not everyone is as kind and on it with making sure our stuff is they way it’s supposed to be while being able to bring forth amazing and fun customers service. For being so short staff that guy and whoever else was working early afternoon shift did an amazing job. Wish they had more people like them. Food was pretty good as well, do have to eat the cinnamon buns while fresh though.

I have always liked Taco Bell’s food, but this location has gotten rid of any physical menu inside the store. We’re required instead to browse the menu via an flat screen kiosk. It takes so much longer than necessary to make a simple order compared to the tried and true traditional decades-long process of simply looking at the entire menu on the wall and telling the cashier what you would like.

This is a pretty decent taco bell. My only gripe is towards ALL taco bells. The prices of food are more than double in the last several years. That’d be fine if the food didn’t shrink. Suddenly a taco Supreme is twice as much as a regular taco and the same size. The only difference between the two is sourcream. It’s a colossal disappointment. 3 taco Supreme and a taco pizza, no drinks, 20 bucks. I completely understand inflation but not when my food has deflated.

From prior experiences, Taco Bell of Perryville Missouri was ranked highly in my opinion. Now after some renovations, It seems to have fallen downhill. With the lowest rating available, walking into the lobby, met with different changes of temperature everywhere I walked. Employees talking very loud, even cursing. All conversations by employees could be easily heard by customers. The food was still just edible enough to eat. The menus were inaccurate. The drive thru as well has signs for each different line with unreadable signs unless you get out and look. Maybe someone with enough intelligence inside the Taco Bell Corporation would visit this place and correct it. Won’t be eating here anymore, and would recommend others do the same.

I love Taco Bell, BUT…ONLY IF THEY CAN GET AN ORDER RIGHT, JUST ONCE! UGH!!! Every single time, for the past, I don’t even know how many times I’ve been here, they can’t seem to be able to READ THE ORDER SCREEN!
