It is almost 145am on 2/21 and we are traveling and I placed a complex mobile order. I assumed it was going to be all messed up because I cannot place a single order at my TB without it being messed up…. To my surprise, everything was correct and was ready within minutes. I was so happy and so surprised!!! Friendly team as well!!! Wish this location wasn’t four hours from my house!!!

At 6:00pm this evening i went to Taco Bell for food.
I did have to wait a little longer in the drive through, due to they’re only being three people in the store. I must say the food I received was put together nicely.My potatoes were extremely hot and my tacos were delicious.I can see the change that taco bell in perryville is making. Keep up The great job you guys are doing great. And kudos to the new g m at the perryville taco bell. You are doing great.

Really need to work on thier staffing. Nothing on workers its not there fault at all. But being short staff never helps when a fast food restaurant when someone is wanting something fast. That day things went alot faster than what I would think with only being two ppl there at about 8pm

Relatively clean facility, however, service and food was severely lacking. Food tasted old/stale and everything was half filled (see attached picture). Staff informed me that they were out of large cups, which was fine, but insisted I take a medium when I paid for a large. 1 item was missing from order as well. Would not recommend.

I ordered DoorDash from here and the food took over an hour to be prepared for the dasher. Upon getting the food, it wasn’t made well and was a disappointment. This restaurant needs more staff. Very disappointed.

No one works the front counter, it’s all self serve. They are focused on the drive thru and will not make dine in food until there are no cars in the drive thru. They either don’t have a filter to remove the chlorine in the water or they never change it, all drinks taste heavily like chlorine. When we went in today, we got our dine in food in a bag instead of on a tray, I can only assume it was to not create more dishes to wash. The bag ripped and dropped our food all over the floor with no apologies from the rude employee that gave us our food and didn’t want to give us our drink cups. It was an overall horrible experience.
