Hillary L is probably the most incapable order taker.
This employee was too busy talking and socializing during a dinner rush to properly take orders.
After her third clarifying question on a Vegetarian meal with the substitution of black beans the order still came out wrong.

It can honestly be a bit of a hit or miss. Recently I have had some pretty positive experiences sprinkled with some not so great ones. If you order online beware call ahead would be best to make sure they have some items you want cause some will try and help fix the error of not having items you ordered and others got very annoyed and huffy with me, as if I should have known they didn’t have the item when the online thing allows me to get it instead of saying it was out. So mostly online ordering has been my bad experiences, most drive thru experiences have been pretty good. When I went through tonight the soda I’d order was so clear and I’d wish I’d got his name but the cashier let me be sure if it was good or not (it was not it was pure carbonation) and fixed it for me with a new flavor of soda and was very polite and friendly, seemed happy overall made the experience pleasant. It definitely seems like a different experience every other time most have been pretty good and friendly. The food usually is good, iev had a few times it was not great in the least but it’s fast food, again it’s very much a hit or miss, hopefully you land on one of the good days and the bad days don’t hit ya. So most times I have had as of recent good experiences so I don’t want to give them to hard a review over the few bad apples of over all decent good experiences.

They could be as busy or as slow as possible and it wouldn’t matter as your order isn’t being finished sub 20 minutes. Not even taking into account for how long you’ll have to wait for anyone to take your order in the lobby. This location might as well be drive through only as that is the only way you will get your food in a timely matter. I’ve gotten so used to my doordash drivers messaging me before they even get to the taco bell letting me know it will be late because it’s the Baltimore location.

The man at front counter was the most helpful person I have ever met! I was craving a smoothie and they provided what they could… best Taco Bell in the NATION

It’s 01/04/26 9:24pm. I never ever leave a review but the guy who took our order acted like he was annoyed and I just looked into bag and found everything just flopped into it. It’s a mess everything is wet because the sauce got on everything. It’s THE WORST to go order I have ever gotten.

I had a delicious chicken quesadilla. I also had a cheese quesadilla that was actually hard to choke down. In fact I didn’t. The cheese was not melted. When I complained there was no offer to make things right. Only a comment about someone not leaving it in the steamer long enough. Not sure if I’ll try this Taco Bell again.

Taco Bell is reliable and the staff is usually very friendly. A good value overall. Not much in the way of “atmosphere” but seats are comfy and it’s clean.

Drive-Thru Chaos Turned Around by a Rockstar Employee
I went through the drive-thru during a very busy rush and unfortunately didn’t receive all my items. I called the store and they told me to come back, which I appreciated—but when I returned, I had to wait in line for another half hour just to get the missing items. It was clear the team was overwhelmed, and I even saw them switch someone off the line mid-shift.
That’s when Russel stepped in—and let me tell you, he got it DONE. Calm, focused, and kind, Russel corrected my order without hesitation and even added extra items to make up for the inconvenience. In the middle of the storm, he was the eye—steady and efficient. Kudos to Russel for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Taco Bell, you’ve got a real one on your team.

I’ve been here for at least ten minutes and the line in front of me has only moved twice. By this location’s standards that is quick service, however, and this is the shortest I’ve seen the line lately. It’s certainly better than the time I ordered on the app to this store, only to arrive after driving from Queen City (15 miles out of town) and be told they are out of what I ordered. Or the many nights I’ve pulled up to find a new piece of printer paper taped to the speaker citing their management’s decision to randomly close early that night. Although nearly every Taco Bell franchisee shares what is a seemingly cultural-if-not-corporate enforced apathetic policy around quality of service and product, never in my life have I experienced one with this level of consistent audacity and lack of accountability. By the way, I am still in line.

Staff was friendly but that’s about where the positives end. Messed up my meal, paid for supreme and got regular. Forgot our cups, had to ask for them. Forgot my coffee, had to ask for it. Several drink mixes were bad, so had to dump all our chosen drinks and just got everyone pepsi. The Baja blast was clear! The mango and dragonfruit teas were both gross. The kitchen staff was blasting country music and singing along while pop music played in the lobby, so it was overwhelming with noise. They were cleaning tables pretty quickly after people left, so that was nice but the booths and walls looked very dirty.
Oh, another positive were the order tablet things. That was nice, and while most places have those now, I wasn’t expecting it here when I came inside. And I also liked that they used my name everytime they talked to me since it was on my order. That was cool. But we don’t get to actually eat inside a fast food place very often so it was really disappointing to have so many things go wrong.
