Inside is absolutely disgusting. Drinks spilled and trash left, the floors have not been mopped in who knows how long. The area where the employees cook has trash all over the floor. It is truly gross in there. I would not recommend eating inside…. or maybe out for that matter.

I’m absolutely horrified by what happened today at Taco Bell. Attached are photos.

I placed a mobile order like I’ve done before, but this visit was beyond unacceptable. First off, the food was barely filled, hardly any protein, just sad and skimpy. But that’s not even the worst part.

While I was eating, I felt something strange in my mouth… and when I pulled it out, it was a long blue cloth. I couldn’t believe it. A piece of cloth. In my food. In my mouth. I was disgusted nearly threw up on the spot.

I called the store immediately, and instead of getting an apology, the manager just brushed it off and said the staff were wearing the proper uniforms. That’s it. No concern, no accountability, nothing.

This is a major health and safety issue. I don’t say this lightly, but avoid this location until they get inspected or retrained on basic sanitation. This kind of negligence is dangerous.

There was blood on my Taco Bell bag and food wrapper. The manager tried to deny it, saying it was a “tomato” but it was obviously blood. Completely unsafe and unacceptable. I appreciate the refund though.

Last time I went in, the place smelled horrible and there were fruit flies. I gave them a high score on service because some of the people are nice – but there are also frequent mistakes. I mean, they forgot to put the STEAK on my STEAK nachos fries.

I’d rather drive across town to go to the Mid Rivers location. This place needs to pick it up. I realize times are tough and hourly wages are not good enough, but that can’t come back on the consumer.

I will not be coming back to this particular location. I’ve given them too many chances.

The food is good but the dine inn experience is awful. The tables are never wiped down, floors are aways gross and never swept. I have come here when first open and it is even like this. They close without cleaning. Open without cleaning. They better get it together or they will get a low grade and get shut down.

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. Nobody’s order was right after clarifying it 4 times, missing items, dried out tortillas, half the filling used as normal. Half my quesadilla was empty and the other half barely had anything in it, the tacos were 90% empty and the meat was mealy and goopy like wet pet food texture and tasted wrong. Squishy limp lettuce, old stale shredded cheese, just a gross mess. We can see why every other place around them was busy and nobody was here.

Stayed in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only one car in front of me. Saw they only got $30 worth of food, should not have taken that long. My order was stone cold. Ordered supreme combo, no tomatoes, and mild sauce. Tomatoes on every taco, and zero mild sauce or napkins. Got to the window and staff just joking around and not paying attention. This location just keeps going downhill more and more.

Why is it so hard to get an order right, or smile? We ordered from the app a bean burrito w/sour cream; a burrito supreme, chips w/nacho cheese; and fries with cheese. Not a difficult order. When we got to the window, the gal handed us a bag, then tried to hand us a drink, and a box of food. We told her we didn’t order a drink. As I started to open the box, I saw chips and cheese, but she interrupted and asked for the box back and told us that wasn’t ours, she’d made a mistake. We pulled away and went to the parking lot where I checked the bag, and all it had in it was the fries and cheese and a cheesy potatoes, and nothing else. We drove around to the window and the manager (I think it was), asked us what we ordered, and as I started to tell her, I got out the words “been burrito w/sour cream…” and she closed the window while I was still talking, picked up the box they had previously given us and handed it to my husband and closed the window and walked away. When we got home the burrito that was in it, was the wrong burrito, it was a beef burrito with cheese, and we had a crunch wrap (which we didn’t order) with just beef and cheese. Neither of us got the correct order, and both were gross (I do not like the ground beef). Customer service is lacking for sure, not to mention accuracy. Very bad experience.
