We waited 15 minutes for two meals, which we understand low staffing and slow service in the times we are in today. The worker was continuously singing the same G-Eazy lyric over and over extremely loud, I truly thought I was on an episode of Punk’d. When my boyfriend went to ask for our food, it was ready just never called out. When I went to get Baja blast, it was out. When my boyfriend informed them, they then decided to inform us that they were out (even though I already paid for it because it was not out of order on the kiosk.) They forgot about the other ONE singular family in the restaurant as well, they were in there before us and didn’t get their food til after us. Quite ridiculous, management should really do better. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years, I truly am not the person to complain, but to pay over $20 for two meals at Taco Bell, and then for the food to look and taste terrible, is beyond me. 0/10 stars

Just ordered from this location, first, they messed up my order and gave me a completely wrong order then when I get home and open my burrito it looks like someone squeezed it. Also the tostada I ordered wasn’t even on the tortilla. I held the bag in my lap the whole way home so it was not from driving. The employees here were quick to fix the first mistake but still provided subpar food. Will not be going to this location ever again. Corporate should shut this location down.

Never have experienced many issues with this place other than long wait times and wrong orders but this time was different. Got the new supreme chips and cheese with the potato griller while my fiance had regular chips and cheese and the potato griller. Few hours later and I ended up with food poisoning from the beans in the cheese dip. If food poisoning is something you want then take that 1 star and make it a 5. I for sure won’t come back

I placed a simple order: a Chalupa Supreme sub beef with beans and a bean burrito. Despite there being only 3-4 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, I had to wait an unacceptable 30-45 minutes for my food. The wait was so long that I had to put my car in park.
When I finally reached the window, my order wasn’t even ready. The staff asked me to repeat my order, which I did: “a Chalupa with beans and a bean burrito.” After apologizing for the delay, they informed me that my food was being prepared and asked me to wait. Several minutes later, I received my order and asked for confirmation that the Chalupa was made with beans. The staff member responded, “Yes, I believe it should, but if it doesn’t, come back and we’ll make you another one.”
Given the excessive wait time I had already endured, the idea of returning to stand in line for another 45 minutes was not a viable option. As I drove away, I started eating my bean burrito, which tasted off. I quickly realized it had sour cream and a texture that was unusual. Upon further inspection at home, I was horrified to find out that both the BEAN burrito and the Chalupa contained beef.
As someone with dietary restrictions due to religious and cultural beliefs, this situation is deeply troubling. Not only was my order incorrect, but I also inadvertently consumed beef, which violates my religious practices. This entire experience was appalling and unacceptable for a fast-food establishment that should prioritize accuracy and customer service.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this Taco Bell location. A few months ago, I contacted Taco Bell customer service after receiving an order that was so disorganized and poorly made that I had to eat my Chalupa and soft taco with a fork. Customer service never responded or took any action to address that issue.
I am still shocked and upset by this incident and expect this matter to be addressed promptly.

This location always takes a very long time and inside is never open. Even if you order on the app for inside pick up, the door is locked so you have to wait in the 30 min long drive through line. This past time, the toppings to my tostada were all to the side of the shell, on the box. Very disappointed every time I go to this location and will not be back. I also ordered no lettuce on my soft taco, as recorded on the receipt, and they put lettuce on it.

We came through drive through, it wasn’t super busy, but we were rushed through our order. Got a luxe cravings box, and we were supposed to get a starry with it but got a lemonade, the burrito in it was one ingredient to a bite, and we ordered a quesadilla no jalapeno sauce, and it was covered in sauce. Requested no meat for my order but my order was still messed up. Mentioned at he order time no meat because order was still showing beef crunchy taco then I reconfirmed at pickup window and I was told refried beans. When I came home my order has beef. Called twice but kept ringing and then phone will disconnect.

This is the Taco Bell right by me & I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Used to be the best one around the area & it has gone downhill completely. The food is constantly cold, the service isn’t always friendly. They like to argue about giving out sauces ?! Then I get home and the grilled cheese nacho fries have SEVEN (7)!!!! Fries in it!!!! Are you kidding me? I guess the didn’t feel like working today. I’m done with Taco Bell.

Their fryer wasn’t working so half of the menu wasn’t available . They were incredibly rude about it . Then when I ordered that disgusting pile of nasty I received , that’s what I was expected to consume.
