this fast food restaurant is the worst i’ve ever visited. they will constantly without doubt mess up your half your order & not care. the staff working the line are working as if their under illegal substances. the employee we communicated that our order was wrong could barely keep his eyes open & told us he knew the order was wrong. this has been numerous occasions this restaurant has done this completely missing up the order & not giving items that we ordered. the trainer/manager is a joke & needs to do better this is unbelievable! slow down & make it right the first time!! it would probably before more efficient to not bring your kids to work & have them running around all the customers & in the way as well; or at least have them clean the lobby & help out! it’s disgusting

I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito only to get a burrito that didn’t have the three cheese blend on the outside and it wasn’t all that grilled either. I asked for easy chicken and they stuffed it full with mainly chicken and it wasn’t even chicken. It was cantina chicken, this has happened the past 3 times I’ve ordered from this location. also ordered a large nacho fry and a regular nacho fry, but they only filled the large one up to the same size as the regular one. And there’s always some sorta peppers in it.

I have never experienced anything like this at a Taco Bell in my life. Lights off in the dining room at 6:45 pm. 10 people waiting for food. So much trash and debris everywhere. Tried to use bathroom, but lights would not turn on and it was so gross I would not have used it anyway. Orders were wrong. Everything was broken and dirty.

Place was filthy! Buckets catching water, not one clean table, trash on the floor everywhere. Big trash can in lobby overflowing with trash. A employee walked out and a lady locked the door. People were walking up and couldn’t get in. I saw numerous doordashers locked out from picking up food. We will never go back!

Came by after work around midnight to get some food, this was one of the few places still open and they were open for another hour. I ordered a chalupa supreme combo and there was one greasy looking dude running the store, he made my food in under 30 seconds which was impressive but when I went to eat it I found the chalupas hard as a rock and the taco completely fallen apart … Could not eat any of it and it completely ruined my night. I get that he was short staffed and it was late, but I was the only one in the drive through and in no rush… This is a joke and that guy should be fired. He could have just said they were closed for the night or something.

I have ordered DoorDash from this location 3 times over the past 2 weeks, I will not make that mistake again! First order my Mexican pizza had lettuce on it (gross) my soft taco supremes minus lettuce had just meat and cheese, 2nd order my 2 soft taco supremes also just had meat and cheese and tonight the same thing! Please tell me who orders soft taco supremes with meat and cheese only!? Teach your people how to read the screen! This is ridiculous! I will be ordering from LSL instead from now on 3 orders all wrong you lost my business.

This place needs to be shut down or a whole new staff needs to be hired and the manager fired. Last time it took me 38 minutes to get my food. I have been there 13 times. And every time something is wrong. The whole reason I ever came there is it’s the closest location to my work. Its either they don’t have large cups. And you don’t get one even tho you paid more for the large. They take forever. Or your food order is wrong. Or the place is a dirty mess. The employees are rude and interjecting their depression on to you. The amount of time it takes to get food on average. I could have actually went to a real sit down Mexican restaurant and gotten good service and way better food. The whole reason to go to this place is for fast service. And they have defeated the purpose of being a fat food joint.

We were the only ones in the lobby. After 15min of still not getting the order we asked if they were making it. 3 employees looked up and didnt answer. Gave a few more min for them to make it. Another staff arrived so asked her to check it or get a refund. She couldn’t find our order so got her manager. We explained it’s now been 30min and no food we wanted a refund. She processed it, but never explained the delay or apologized.. id give 0 stars if I could.

I had a major problem back on 11/19/25 with not only my order but the entire situation and experience. I contacted the store and my calls went unanswered and I also wrote to corporate. My feedback was sent to the store manager who called me a week after my visit. He explained everything that had lead to my visit being so horrible and then not only made it up to me, but went above and beyond the call to make me a believer in giving second chances. I was told that they had a number of new employees and the new manager, Cyrus, was working very hard to turn this store around. I could tell he was sincere and genuinely cared about my experience and making it up to me. Thank you for everything you did to turn my original visit around. I appreciate it and I plan to return as long as Cyrus is the manager!

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DRUNK AND IT’S LATE AT NIGHT. Food was absolutely horrible. It was sloppy, it was cold. They charged me for 2 steak soft tacos- I only got 1. I asked for all of my tacos supreme- only some had sour cream. They upgraded and upcharged everything on my order without asking. I just paid $28.50 for 8 tacos and 2 large sodas- didn’t even want large sodas.
Just close down if you don’t care about giving the public a quality product.
