Haven’t went to this Taco Bell before. Ordered online, there’s better deals there had to wait a bit but was worth it because everything was super fresh and delicious. Also tried the new mini taco salad, maybe my next favorite. Employee was more reserved but zero complaints, would rather have a perfect order down to sauce packet count than stupid small talk through a window. Employees working late night 2/16 may the taco gods bless you!

Went through the drive thru and this lady working the window was so rude. I pull up to the window and she hands me an incorrect drink. I was very polite and kindly handed it back and she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window (she never greeted or said anything to me the entire time I was there as well). Her boss finally came over and I told him the drink was incorrect and he handed me the new one and my food. I don’t understand how genuine, good people are struggling getting jobs right now when absolute jerks like her somehow are getting paid to be rude. She had long red braids and light eyes and a bad attitude. If you come to this taco bell and see her working, go somewhere else. I promise you’d get a better experience in a 7/11 than this taco bell if she’s here.

I’m not one to write reviews but the service was horrible, the woman working the drive through was very cranky. She got upset because THEY ran out of nacho fries and didn’t tell us until we got to the window, and she seemed annoyed when we wanted to substitute it for another item. My partner asked for the nuggets instead and she in a annoyed tone told us they were out so we asked for chips and cheese, she then asked us what sauces we wanted so I said Diablo, Hot, and mild. She cut me off and in a more irritated voice said “for the nuggets” although she had just told us they were out. Shoutout to the woman working the line though she was very nice and comped us chips and cheese due to them being out of a lot of the fried food. I then politely reminded her of the actual sauces I wanted for my food and she told me “you already said that” and managed to forget one of the sauces I asked for.

Ordered and paid through the app, arrived 20 minutes later to find the building locked in the middle of the day. Went through the drive-thru and was told to pull forward. After 10 minutes, I had to get someone to even let me inside.
They said they were “fixing my meal.” Another 10 minutes passed. Nothing. When I finally said I was leaving, they told me they didn’t know how to refund an app order.
So I paid, waited, and walked out with no food and no refund. That’s not a mistake — that’s taking someone’s money and giving them nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place.

They have me wrong order. I couldn’t get back becausey husband took car so I called no one picks up. So went back today with box of flaming hot food I can’t eat. Nice girl was taking care of me. The a pitbull from the line came and told me I couldn’t get my order rt because they have to much to do.Then he told me he was a manager. That was a lie. Finally the real manager came out and told him replace my order he still arguing. I will not be back to this store. Shouldn’t have to take his abuse because the have 3 cars in drive true. And he’s to busy to get my order wrong last night and won’take rt today.

The staff was courteous environment was clean. I specifically spoke with an employee named Brendan. I had messed up my order, and when I explained it to him, he remade it fresh and took care of us the way that all fast food places should. I hope this message reaches his manager Key.

Should have read the reviews first. Lazy and rude staff (who could t be bothered to operate the drive through), orders missing ingredients, and I got a crunch wrap that you could bend like rubber because of how soggy the tostada was. And I don’t mean soggy like it had a lot of sauce…as near as I can figure they ran this crunch wrap through the wash.
Avoid this tacobell at all costs.
