Are they serious? My crunchwrap is open and the burrito is about as slim as the fork that came with my order. The burrito is supposed to be a beefy 5 layer but it seems like they were trying to save on their ingredients. Going back to Dorsett taco bell.

As someone who works in both customer service and the restaurant industry, I can confidently say that my experience tonight was awful. The service I received was unacceptable from start to finish.

I ordered food and was given old chicken, and several sauces were missing. After discovering that the chicken tenders were stale, hard, and missing one piece, I returned to the store to request a refund.

The first employee I spoke with went to get the manager. She approached me with no greeting and simply said, “This what I’m refunding?” I explained that the order was missing sauces, only contained three tenders instead of four, and the chicken was old. She maintained a rude attitude the entire time.

She then gave me a refund amount that was noticeably lower than what I paid. When I asked why, she responded, “I’m not refunding you for the drink.” The drink was sitting right on the counter. After pointing that out, she adjusted the amount but it was still wrong because she “forgot the soft taco.” Her attitude was unprofessional, yet she continued making mistakes.

Once she finally got the amount right, she asked how I paid. I said card, and she said “well insert the card,” grabbed the bag of food, tossed it in the trash (with half the food hanging out), and walked away. Then the card reader had issues, and we waited about three minutes calling for help. A group of younger workers eventually came over, and one of them fixed the card reader so I could finally get my refund.

This entire situation was a fiasco—truly the worst service I’ve ever received. Danyelle, ma’am… manager to manager, some additional training is clearly needed. Being disrespectful to a customer who calmly requested a refund is unacceptable.

I will not be returning.

Constantly long wait at the drive thru. Even if I’m the only one there. They make you wait at the speaker box for some reason until they tell you to pull forward. Just waited nearly an hour for 4 people in front of me to get their food then had to wait at the speaker for 15 minutes. On top of that, my food is never right if I modify it. It’s just warm (not hot) and looks like garbage.

Just bad. Forgot one of our items and instead of giving it to us again for free, they made us pay for it again after we had allready purchased it the first time. Then, there was hair in the food and the nacho fries had not even a thought of seasoning. Just plain fries. Didn’t give us hot sauce and gave us a Baja blast instead of a regular Mountain Dew. Just deplorable. I regret even paying for it.

This place is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. They make you wait at the screen to order until the person at the window leaves. Leaving one to order and then pick up at window, one at a time. Makes for long lines and long wait times. Then the parking lot is trash too, because once you get in there you can’t turn around and get out and if you get out and go in to try and make that quicker… the drive through line blocks the cars in and they can’t leave. The people there are extremely slow and incompetent to do anything or multitask it’s unbelievable. Just one customer at a time. Ridiculous.

I can’t even give any stars. Tacobell what the hell is this? I didn’t order a side of clothing fuzz and burnt grill food. Completely unappetizing, and unacceptable. Just ordered about 6:30 is now 6:43.

This Taco Bell is hit an miss. Go there about twice a month I live near. I NEVER GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU JUST BECAUSE!!! I CAN GET ALL THE SAUCES I NEED INSIDE LOL. Day time staff there is “EH” usually go there dinner time. It’s getting better “ISH” I’m a patient fellow I understand work sucks everywhere totally understand. Food is decent don’t get anything crazy just tacos an Mexican pizzas. But “EH” I HATE THAT I LOVE TACO BELL EVERY NOW THEN BUT PLACE IS “EH”

Normally wouldn’t post a review but my experience with this location has gotten increasingly worse. I always expect the long wait times, but the current staff doesn’t care about food quality at all. Today I ordered nacho fries and I received them unseasoned and hard. They are disgusting and there’s no reason to serve a product knowing that it’s missing a key ingredient.
