The food was good besides the fact we were missing all of our cheese sauce and the franks sauce. They gave attitude and very not friendly all around. Everything in the lobby was pretty much out and their music was extremely loud. I took a video but can’t post it. Def not a spot I’d return to.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Would have left but could not get out of the line of cars. Tried one cinnamon twist that tasted like it had soap on it or a chemical of some sort. Or the fryer had not been changed in a VERY long time. Was afraid to eat anything else. A huge waste of money.. lesson learned n I’ll call corporate in the morning

When I finished ordering and got to the window I asked them to change my order from 6 soft tacos to the new family box with 4 hard tacos and 4 beefy burritos for the same price and the manager told the girl at the window she can’t change my order at the window. It would have been easier to order if the person taking orders could have suggested the family deal for the same price. Their attitudes were horrible and the manager or whoever she was for the evening kept looking back saying what she say. Bad customer service skills. Also the tacos were stale and the burrito was so burnt that you smell it. It was also stuck to the paper. Very disappointed. When spent $16 on our order. Waste of time and money.

very hit or miss but today. wow. I ordered a beefy 5-layer burrito, a soft taco supreme, Chalupa supreme, and chips and guac with a baja blast. everything was beautiful and delicious and let’s just say my seat was sticky after finishing my meal. THE SOFT TACO WAS AWESOME. ALSO THE FIVE LAUER BEEF BURRITO MADE ME EXPLODE EVERYWHERE i’ll do anything for the people working kitchen i love you so much. also to the dude working drive through thank you for the 50 sauces. thank you. Goodnight. because food i love you

I came to this Taco Bell for the kids this evening. I pulled up to the speaker to place an order after waiting in line for a long time and as I started speaking, the employee stated that she was NOT taking drive-thru orders, but only honoring DOORDASH orders. It would be nice to have that advertised before customers waste their time in line. The few cars behind me were able to reverse, but I wasn’t so lucky. The irony of it all is that when everyone who wanted to place an order drove off, they had absolutely no customers.

As a fat man I’ve eaten at a lot of taco bell locations. This is by far the worst one. I know it’s fast food and isn’t a fun place to work but it’s apparent no one wants to be here. Drive through wait times are insane.
