Service was quick (drive thru). Would’ve preferred a little more taco with my taco cause it was mostly tortilla. Acceptable snack but not if you happen to be hungry.

What a difference a few miles can make running ‘for the border. ‘ Was in the mood for tacos on my way home from work. Decided to stop at the Butler Hill location since it’s closer to my home than the TacoBell on Lemay Ferry Rd.
The staff was friendly, several employees asked if I needed assistance after using the kiosk to place my order for 6 tacos.
The tacos on the other hand were pitiful looking to say the least. Stale shells, miminal meat that greasy, a few shreds of lettuce and cheese. Definitely not worth the price for broken tacos due to the amount of grease.
If your in the mood for some “good” TacoBell, I would suggest driving the few miles extra to the TacoBell on Lemay Ferry Rd, I wish I had for better quality of food.

Every time we go there the people are rude, sit at the window talking and ignoring customers, never get the orders right. Tonight they said they were out of beef for 25 minutes. We decided to wait. After 30 minutes the girl said go ahead but everything we tried to order she said they didn’t have. We said nevermind, we’d go elsewhere at that point. We couldn’t back out and there was one car in front of us. The cashier was leaned out talking to the person(s) in the car for 10 minutes. Never even handed food to them, was just talking and laughing the whole time. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ferguson is better than the Butler Hill location, which is pretty sad to say the least.

Closed the store when people were waiting in a 25-30 minute line because they had no “manager on duty.” Worker came out of the store hitting his vape, being rude & having an entitled attitude towards each customer he spoke to. He abruptly said “we’re closed,” and didn’t clarify reasoning or if we were able to be compensated for the cancelled orders. When I got to the microphone the worker again stated they were closed. I had placed a mobile order TWICE NOW & the store has been RANDOMLY CLOSED. I have filed TWO COMPLAINTS TO THE TACO BELL APP and they HAVE NOT HELPED ME OR REFUNDED ME FOR THEIR FAULT. It’s annoying when this is a repetitive cycle, Taco Bell do better. Staff your restaurants and hire people without attitudes, it’s not that hard.

Worker was very rude, we ended up not ordering because of his additude. We ordered the first part of the order and he asked us if we would like anything else, we asked for him to give us a minute, the he proceeded to tell us our total and not say anything for several minutes. When he finally came back to us we asked for 2 baja blasts, they were out of it, and he was rude about it when we repeated what he said as were asked to wait a minute

Absolutely the worst.. sat in line for a good 35 minutes in the drive through, 2 nights in a row, and both nights the orders are handed out wrong. I called only to by hung on by whoever was answering the phone on 12/8/2925 at 9:00 pm needs to be let go. The food presentation is garbage. Missing items, and the worst customer service ever encountered. And in her words before she hung up was

Floor, toilet, mirror, changing table everything nasty!
The manager kept yelling at the employees “what are you working on?” Every 3 minutes.
We waited 20 minutes for a Mobil order that was only $12 worth of food .
I’ve lost all hope for Taco Bell this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Absolutely worst Taco Bell ever. We have lived nearby for 4 years now and been to this Taco Bell about a dozen times since then. Literally every time we have gone something has been wrong with our order (I know, I know- we will not be continuing to go there anymore). Whether it’s the order is completely wrong or missing things or the chips have a weird burnt/chemical taste or the taco/chalupa shells are stale there is always something that is an issue. We’ve officially given up going there and will not drive the extra 10-15 min to the next closest one where we can actually enjoy our food.

We came to the Taco Bell on Butler Hill Rd. @3:50PM—4:02PM trying to enter the Lobby knowing we had a very large order. We knew it was a large order, we both have experience in food service, and we wanted to make the load lighter by going into the Lobby which was locked. So we looked at their empty drive through and figured there is nothing else for us to do but order there. As we were ordering, mind you THERE IS NO ONE IN LINE BEFORE OR AFTER US, and the LOBBY IS CLOSED. So half of their workload in the store is already shrinked. But as we order we hear people shouting in the background of the order being taken. “We don’t have that” to “OH MY GAAAHHHD”. Is it too much to ask for a little grace when we too are put in a compromised situation due to actions being taken we have no control over? Is it too much for people to do the job THEY APPLIED FOR? Our order was going to cost $45+ because we were just trying to get food for our family as some in our family are currently sick due to viral illness. We were cordial and patient and those who we simply are asking to prepare food for us met us with nothing more than CONTEMPT. Anyone on Butler Hill or in the area should drive a little further to the next location on Lemay Ferry Rd. Because close mouths don’t get fed.
