Got food there and everything was cold or not cooked all the way or just covered in grease. All three quesadillas weren’t cooked and cold and had unmelted cheese. Fries where freezing plus they were cold and hard as rocks. Everything must have been either been sitting there all day are just not cooked. Just threw the whole $20 order away. Didn’t want to get food poisoning like some of the other reviews said. Won’t be going back. Plus one of the employees were screaming in the kitchen so loud you could here it in the drive through.

New $9 box is a joke. The updated meal includes 2 burritos, what they dont tell you is the burritos combined are smaller than even the taco. I know its not the locations fault but definitely shouldn’t be $9. The cheese roll ups on the value menu were more filling than this box..

This Taco Bell is the worst I’ve ever been too!! They never get my food right ever, I also ask for black beans instead of their beef, because the black beans are so much better, but to night I’ve had it with them, they didn’t give me my black beans but instead chicken in my cheesy Gordita crunch, like what chicken doesn’t sound anything like black beans! AND they but a “burrito” like thing in my bag that was just beef and tortilla… this is unacceptable for any fast food restaurant! I will never come here again. The works here don’t care about the customers experience or quantity of their food either. It’s a shame because i love Taco Bell but now i rather make it at home or GO TO A REAL MEXICAN REAL WHERE THEY WILL MAKE GREAT FOOD THAT I ORDER!!!

There are no straws with our drinks. Chips and mexican pizza were squished and were soggy mush. They put the mexican pizza on the very bottom. Food was luke warm, and drinks were almost completely melted. We spent a lot of money on inedible trash.
We typically visit kirkwood because we always have issues here. Looks like after a year, they still haven’t worked those out.
On previous visits, they shorted us food, gotten our order wrong, charged us for extra sauce, and put zero sauce on there. Nice people but terrible at their jobs.

This place was garbage from the moment it reopened. First time there had a cheesy Gordita crunch with a long black hair intertwined in between the tacos that I didn’t notice until I ATE IT. After eating Gordita crunches for the last 15 years.. I have never eaten one of those ever again after that. Then today I gave it another chance and ordered 10 things, 9 out of the 10 burritos and tacos were old (the chicken Chipotle melts) cold (the soft tacos) wrong (missing sauce on bean and rice burritos). Missing extra cheese I paid for on the soft tacos photos included. The soft taco meat was actually repulsive and I’m not even going to feed it to my dog. Go to the Taco Bell on green park it’s an extra 5 mins away and WAY worth the drive. Always fresh and never had a hair there

I visit this location about 3 or 4 times a month. I don’t have much time to go in and eat so I usually go through the drive-thru. I can say without a doubt this is an exceptional Taco bell. The staff is very kind and accommodating, the food is always hot and delicious, and if there’s ever a problem they’re always prompt to fix it. I would recommend this location to everyone!

My chicken for my burrito had been stuck together in the fryer, leaving weird soggy pieces of breading between the two pieces. Then I spent the entire next day with food poisoning. Improper chicken cooking techniques can be very dangerous. Don’t recommend getting anything with fried chicken at this location.

My order was missing ground beef in everything I got. They tried to substitute more refried beans in the burritos. I reached out through website and was asked if I wanted to be contacted concerning this complaint and I have not heard back from anyone. I’m completely disgusted.

The employee was vaping indoors and wouldn’t give me my pickup order even though I had the name visible… she told me to swing around and stop by the box so they could verify it’s me… I said… it’s literally on the app right here and she said sorry but you could be impersonating someone. Over Taco Bell? This is fast food not the license bureau. I ended up just leaving…
