I’d rather leave zero stars but don’t have that option. This location is terrible. Twice now they haven’t added ANY jalapeño sauce to my chicken quesadilla. We got the wrong drinks more than once. We get the wrong tacos and then they argue with us that it’s our fault we didn’t read the screen and confirm the order. They don’t make their mistakes right. They blame their mistakes on the customer. Now, my 2 tacos are also wrong. I ordered 2 crispy chicken avocado ranch tacos and I guess because it was 1am they didn’t feel like frying anymore strips and gave me little pieces of shredded chicken which tastes nothing like the crispy chicken tacos. Very disappointed in this location and the quality is bare minimum. Don’t bother eating here. I’ll never go to this location again.

Dry, hard rice, and old chicken. Hard shell tacos are completely soggy most of the time, like they’ve been made a while. The woman working the drive-thru was pretty rude at first until I was extremely nice and understanding of the stress they were under. Then she was pleasant.

I can’t speak for the customer service, this was the first time I went to this tbell I went though the drive thru at midnight the woman working and I exchanged maybe three words altogether since I did a mobile order but whoever made my food deserves to hit all green lights on their way home. I got a cheesy gordita crunch subbed beans for beef and a spicy potato soft taco and not only was it made right both tacos were FILLED they were like ART I didn’t know it was possible for a spst to be that full and somehow not fall apart. Everything was even wrapped carefully not just thrown together. Probably the best tbell I’ve had in idk how long my day was saved

This TB is consistently so bad. Gave it one more try tonight and it wI’ll be my last time. Got our order wrong, food was slopped together and lacking meat, looked like they actually tried to make it as bad as they possibly could. No meat in my burrito, all rice / sour cream. Tortilla was stale as can be. Ordered the new Steak dippers and they gave us moldy, crusty looking queso instead of the chipotle sauce it’s supposed to come with. Rude service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

First time here and last. Soon as I walked in, the place had a strong order of weed which is disgusting. Employees were on their phones when making my order and preparing it. Even during lunch time the place was not busy at all and the employees were too distracted by their phones to complete my order by paying with cash. Every 1 star review is true. This Taco Bell is bad and should be shut down.

My mom and I got food there a few months ago and the drive through cashier gave my mom THE dirtiest look when she asked for some sauce…Is it that much of an inconvenience to bend down and get some sauce? This location will always get your food wrong. Check your bag before you drive away! And they never hand you a receipt, nor do they answer phone calls. What is the point of having a phone if you don’t answer and I can’t even leave a voicemail? You guys need to do better!

The manager Shay at this location has no business working a job where she has to deal with the public. She has horrible social skills, is very rude and could care less about any concerns you might have. I live only two blocks from this location but I am now DONE with Taco Bell altogether thanks to her. I will NEVER eat at ANY Taco Bell ever again. If you can’t even figure out how to hire appropriate managers then the entire company goes down hill. I usually go through the drive through but am glad I decided to go in today. Seeing how the management operates was enough for me to be done all together. I was getting pretty tired of it anyway but went in to give them one last chance. My concern was simply that all of the pictures of food items on the menu do not represent the slopped together food the comes in your bag. She didn’t have time for that concern. Saying… And I quote. “What he want wit a manager? He ain’t special. He get his food like everyone else.” Then never took the time to even come over to me.

I should have listened to the reviews for this location. This might be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. Food is cold. Items missing. Requested sauce to be told it’s in the bag when there isn’t. Save your money and go to a different location.
