The woman who took my order was extremely rude and had given me an unpleasant experience time and time again it never fails. She is unprofessional and someone was taking my order and she took over and started blaring in an unwelcoming way rushing my order. Would definitely recommend some customer service training or hiring people who actually care about the customers and not there just to collect a check.

This is my second bad review in a row. I am sitting in the parking lot very upset. A few months ago I ordered the Cantina street tacos through the online app only to get back home and see I only had regular tacos and with free taco coupons (which I wish they would have said something to me when I entered in the store because I just would have ordered something different or asked for a different substitute).
Now today, I only had $15 in my account and decided to make an online order. Drove 8 minutes to get here to be told by cashier that she is the only person to show up for work and that I need to cancel my order. But Taco Bell has already charged me and again, that was my last $15 on my account.
Now I gotta go to sleep hungry instead of just going to another restaurant because the charge is still pending and I have no cash. I will NEVER order from this location ever again. Thanks for ruining my night Taco Bell. Probably did me a favor anyways by saving me an upset stomach.

The tall darkskinned guy thats there on the clock at this location when I go in store for my luxe box-sub steak lol. My food is always goooddd, I watch him make it ,today 09/30/25, he was the only food prep along with just a cashier and my food was still neat, its not messy or sloppy with the sauces at all. My food has a good presentation. Neat inside of the box. The beans are a bit heavy in my burrito but thats an easy fix when I order through the app, I’ll just customize them to “light”. Important to me that the food I order is good and accurate as I am a small eater that gets full off of their boxes and I am satified with his prep. The 3 young ladys I’ve encountered for service are accurate with orders and seem to work in sync which is good for service. Thank you.

All good. However they’ve up’d the price on the Salt & Pepper Shakers to $1.40 pr shaker. I can buy vintage S&P’s at that price. Love the food, and great service.

Worst Taco Bell in the St Louis area. OR at least the ones I’ve been to. Drive through service is awful. They never seem to have change. Last time I came here I had a $17.84 bill and I gave him a twenty dollar bill and he claimed they had no single bills or no silver change at all. Seriously, who doesn’t have change?? They ended up giving me 4 rolls of pennies and 16 loose pennies after I refused to leave the line until I got my change back. Extremely rude and totally incompetent people working there. NEVER going back to that place again.

Good luck ordering here. But in my order on the mobile app showed up 10 minutes later and they told me there was no order. I showed them both the email and the app and then all of a sudden they found it. Doesn’t matter if you hit drive-through they’re gonna make you come in and get it anyway. Also, even though you pay for a large drink, they’re only gonna give you a medium because that’s all they wanna find.

I come here almost every day but today pissed me off! Food is good but that’s it. 9/24/25 @12pm the lady taking orders in drive through was extremely rude! I couldn’t remember the name right away of something I ordered the previous day and she got an attitude quick! Then started mumbling her frustrations when her headset wasn’t muted and I could hear it. I drove off and went inside and ordered. The lady at the counter was nice. The first women needs to get a different job! She clearly shouldnt be working with the public.
