I was just passing through for work. Ordered one of the best crunch wrap supremes I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many lol). Very nice people, and very quick service. The restaurant and bathrooms were also very clean, which is always a plus.

Lack of energy here. Staff doing anything but hustling and helping their customers. They only do electronic ordering. I watched as a retired man was told to wait and then they could help him order, then forgot about him until he had tp ask again and then was told that he could only use the machine to order which pushed him to leave. Then another man came in and was told the same thing, “yea, the machine is right to order”, guess who left next? So this all happened in the 15 frickin minutes I waited for seriously, a taco, 2 burritos, chips and cheese and a cup for a drink. 5 dollar meal with a cheesy rice and bean Burrito. 15 minute wait. Food is great, tastes fine, it just lacks the environment that makes people even want to be here.

Hillsboro taco bell has the best daytime workers. They understand excellent customer service. Food rating is bc its taco bell… Everyone knows how their food is. They either love it or hate it. I will only eat a couple things on their menu. Chicken power bowl is my favorite though. And they have good tea.

The service was quick, and only relys upon kiosks, which allow for multiple people to order at the same time. Its taco bell food, so pretty good stuff usually and it was particularly made well here as opposed to other locations. Close to Jefferson College and not too expensive, perfect for a good college meal time.

Good. Allows dine in now. Tables separate to keep social distancing. Clean, and friendlier staff than last time. Improved since COVID, oddly enough. Very hot and fresh tacos and burritos. Griller was especially tasty.
