Spent $55 there tonight. The only thing I ordered for myself was 3 of the cantina chicken crispy tacos. Literally felt like AIR when I picked them up. Every single one of them. No wonder, the shells are all but empty. No joke. Disappointed is an understatement. I’m a nurse that just finished a 12 hour shift with no break to eat and so I’m about in tears over this. So hungry! Waste of money and I also was not given the $2.99 Pepsi I paid for either. UGH!!! I just had to vent because it gets old. Other than tonight we’ve usually always had a good enough experience and I usually spend at least $40 each visit. But paying for absolutely nothing but a wrapper basically just sucks so much. And someone needs to redo the class on how to roll a burrito, looks like a blunt. I’m hangry yall and I just can’t let this one slide tonight. Ridiculous. That was dang near $9 or so, out the window. Do better. Everytime. Period.

I placed an order online about 40 minutes before to this location. We got there at 1 which is when I set it to be ready by, and continued to wait around for the food until about 1:30. I figured they might be busy and brushed it off, then after waiting 30 minutes for an online ordered placed ahead of time, I open the bag and all of the food is thrown in like this. Sauce all on the inside of the bag and everything. I’ve worked at Taco Bell, and I haven’t seen an order done quite this carelessly as this one. Will not be coming by this location again.

Eli and his crew always kill it and make sure their customers are happy + satisfied. He’s definitely got it together, knows what he’s doing, and is as friendly as can be. We ordered two cheesy Gordita crunches and they had what appeared to be mold them. We also had a bag of chips and cheese which was only filled about a quarter of the way. I called about the problem. They weren’t apologetic and just told me I can drive back for a refund.

I was so disappointed. I opened my burrito to find it like cut in half and opened up?? How am I supposed to eat this? Either way it makes me not even want to eat it because that’s disgusting. The fries were cold and had have been sitting out for a long time. What a waste of money honestly.

A Great Day ok
We ordered ‘box’ item thru app.
1. They did not get the drink correct.
2. No napkins
3. No fork.
Difficult to eat cheesy potatoes with out utensils.
We were on interstate before we discovered no utensils.
Called restaurant to alert them of oversight in case the ee’s were new, so no one else would discard part of their food due to lack of utensils.
The person who answered said ‘tacobell’
When I asked if he was a manager, he replied
“ya, why?”
So I repeated ya? Why??
I explained that we just received an order and to please mention to ee’s to include napkins and forks.
I was appalled when he said ‘so?’
I responded
“I’m sorry that happened ma’am, if you want like to come back through I’ll make that right for you.”
His response “huh?”
Owners do not bother to train their staff to be professional, yet they turn over the reputation of their business to folks who spend time on their cell phones looking for a better job.
Maybe “Huh” was the best he could think of.

Beautifully Broken
Terrible!! Hardly any meat in taco and no lettuce or cheese pretty much paid for a hard taco shell, the guy in the window had a horrible attitude as well. Didn’t mark which burritos were which and u have to open them up to tell?? Wow. Come on taco bell nobody needs to go to desloge taco bell they said they were so busy nobody is lobby nor drive thru and 4 people outside smoking makes no sense.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, placed my order online 15 minutes before arriving. And waited in the store 30 minutes for the food to even be made then another 10 minutes for them to make it. 55 minutes total nearly an hour, for 4 items. And to the girl with pink and blonde hair who continuously glared at me and my girlfriend while making our order and lost 2 separate orders, I hope the manager reads this and you can find the door on your way out unlike the orders you claimed were stolen that you just never made.

Can’t ever get an order right or make the food correctly. We ended up with burritos missing the proteins, wrong items and missing food on our door dash order. It had been months since going to Taco Bell, it will now be years.
