This is the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell. I usually don’t order online but I did last night and and only half of it was there. My Doordarsh driver was very good. Taco bell customer support said they would reach out to me after I gave a 1 star on my experience but they never did. You wanted me to rate my experience with taco bell you got it. The night crew in the taco bell kitchen must be at least half asleep. The taco bell in kirkwood will give you better service and give you your full order

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through this drive thru they do something wrong. DO NOT USE THEIR DRIVE THRU. Tonight, they gave me somebody else’s door dash order! I was not there for door dash. I didn’t notice till my hungry butt was in my driveway but on a slight bright side, I got more food than I paid for. So sorry for the trouble Summer, they at least held onto your drink.

Person that took the drive through order was very pleasant, when we got to the window another lady gave us our food and was very nice. The man that took our order went out of his way to find us a knife (which they don’t have behind the counter) and made sure our order was correct. Both of them did. The food was made well and fresh and hot.

Went there to dine in. Nobody else but us in the store at 4:39pm. Every table was dirty. No place to sit. The men’s bathroom had pee all over. The women’s bathroom at least was clean looked better than the rest of the store.I never write a review but this disgusted me enough to say something.

I go to this Taco Bell all the time. The food is always fresh no matter what time of day or night and it’s very rare they miss any items in my decently sized orders. Update: months later I think the only think I’ve had forgotten or messed up was 1x sauce cup missing. Still my go-to Taco Bell out of multiple locations in my daily transit. This team is great!

Whenever I came inside the taco bell it was extremely messy. Than, when I ordered it took 5-10 minutes to get cups and another 5-10 minutes for food. But the food was really good it tasted like taco bell.

I go to this taco bell quite frequently, tonight i was the only one in line around 10pm , i ordered a number 4 and then added cinnamonbon delights and chips and cheese. when i got home i had everything but the chips, they gave the cheese for the chips but i got no chips, its no big deal but when i just got off work and its late i dont want to drive back to get something i already paid for, separately at that it was an add on to the order.

I go to Tacobell almost everyday it is a wonderful experience. The workers are really great. Especially this one nice gentleman, I think his name was Ethan. They should definitely give him a raise. They got the food out fast and had the best service. 10/10 would recommend!

Husband asked for extra sauce and the last couple times they barely even put the regular amount he just wanted something to cheer him up after a 12 hour shift and this is the crap they serve??? Really we both work/worked at a restaurant and never treated customers like this also the cheese isn’t even melted.
