Listen im not one to complain openly about problems i have with fast food. But I just ordered 4 spicy potato soft tacos all of them with no cheese and added refried beans. All of them were messed up. This is the 5TH time my food has been messsed up at this specific taco bell. (Yes I started counting) Literally the easiest thing to make. I work at a fast food joint and I know it is not that hard to make a freaking taco correctly. 5 times is ridiculous.. Although the cashier in the drive thru was nice, im not mad at anyone who hands me my food as they did not make it but please Herrin Taco Bell, do better.

My visit was very pleasant. I was greeted upon entering and Alicia kindly & promptly took my order. I have been ordering for Taco Bell for many years and this is the FIRST time that I have ever had the cook actually listen and prepare with light lettuce like I requested. I always ask for it but still end up having to remove a handful but not this location! Conner was very polite and attentive to how I wanted my food prepared and he was wearing gloves which always bring me some comfort . I will be back and hopefully these two are working! Thank you for a great fast food experience for a change ❤️

These guys work extremely hard and are always polite. Their customer service is what keeps me coming back for lunch almost daily. They are quick and accurate. I have not had my order messed up since I started going here for lunch which has been almost 4 months now. Will continue to go to them for lunch.

Worst service!!! Never order unless you want to drive to store to complain half of your food is miss and cold!!! This 2nd time and I’ve had no response to my missing food, paid delivery or tip!! Big mistake!! Boycotting Herrin Taco Bell!!!!!! Ride service in drive thru with exception of a sweet blonde lady. Never napkins sauces you have to pay for, always missing!

We sat and waited on an order we placed online for 20 minutes while the employees walked around laughing and cussing. Very rude and very unprofessional! Cars were wrapped around the building and they weren’t in a hurry.

The drive through shorted us an item but they fixed it promptly. Excellent customer service. The lobby was repainted in horrible colors a while back so I don’t eat inside anymore.
