Terrible customer service on behalf of your employee, Julian G. Rude from the moment we pulled up. We had two different orders that we ordered from the drive thru, and one online. Understood we couldn’t have three placed in the drive thru, but that never included the mobile order before. She was rude and said in a snarky voice, “You can only have two drive thru orders per car, but since it’s already made, I’ll let it slide.” Rolled her eyes and said “Have a great night” before closing the window. Any other Taco Bell would be worth going to over this one.

Currently 20 minutes into sitting at the speaker of drive thru. 15 minutes in after wondering if the speaker was just broken, I said hello again and she finally snapped back and said uhm hang on we’re kind of busy. There is two cars outside of this place and At least 4 cars pulled out of drive thru cause they got tired of waiting. I’m dedicated at this point. Courtesy would have been to say “give me a few moments and I’ll be right with you.”
