Food takes over an hour to get our whole order. Waited an hour for two meals and had to wait another 30 minutes because they forgot our nacho fries. No sauce provided in the drive thru anytime I’ve been through and asked for some. Food is sub-par compared to other Taco Bell’s in the area. Nacho fries, cinnamon twists, and anything of that kind is always under seasoned. Taco meat is cold and tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Lettuce is always mushy and has been brown more than once. Service is practically non-existent, you order on a kiosk and a person will set your food on the counter. Took us around 10 minutes trying to flag down an employee when our nacho fries weren’t included with our order, and still had to wait 30 minutes to get them. Not a single apology for the forgotten food. Drive thru feels like they’re trying to rush you to order to still wait 10 minutes for 3 tacos and a drink. Overall, I would recommend driving to another Taco Bell location nearby such as the Taco Bell/KFC in Benton or the two Taco Bell’s in Mt. Vernon.

My fiancé went there to get something for lunch and her sugars were low and the lady at the drive-through literally had an attitude with her and kept saying hold on hold on. hold on a minute and literally wouldn’t take her order and said well if you’re having trouble why don’t you just go eat somewhere else and had a really bad attitude with her when she has diabetes and she needs something to eat so she could feel better so her sugars were leveled out and they wouldn’t even give her anything to Eat.

I went there for lunch this afternoon, right at noon. Ordered inside and it took 45 MINUTES to get my order and when I finally got it I was MISSING ITEMS. The lobby was full of people waiting for food, I saw one woman ask for a refund because she was tired of waiting. My food was TERRIBLE. I don’t expect fine dining from there but my God, I do expect warm, half decent food that doesn’t destroy my stomach. The man up front was either new or high because he did not know what in the world was going on and was SO SLOW. Do better Taco Bell, food cost way too much to have crappy service AND food.

Best taco bell I have ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few. There is an older black man who primarily seems to do the cooking and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Every time I go my order always ends up with an extra item, either a small free drink or an extra tender. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and does whatever they can to help if there is an issue with my order. Would highly recommend.

We ordered midnight Baja blast. We were not told until we got to windows when they handed us different drinks that they don’t have that. I said they could have told us at the drive-thru speaker, and I was told no need to be rude. Rude is replacing an order with another without consulting us and assuming we want that instead. And expecting us to be happy about it.. I stayed polite… but I will be contacting the district office..

Long wait times every single time. Very disorganized. They had drive thru wrapped around and the lobby full. No orders were going out but, the employees were clocking out saying their shift was over. When I worked fast food in high school we were taught you clear the line & lobby before clocking out. There’s honestly zero reason for such long wait times. They need better training, work as a team, and get more organized.

Not asking for a lot from fast food, but wow. I really would have liked more than just sauce and chicken on my 3 cheese chicken flatbread. Not even any CHEESE on one of them this is pathetic and people shouldn’t be screwed out of their hard earned money for this. Usually evening service is better than this but I guess tonight I wasted my last few bucks on this hot garbage.
