I know for the price we should be willing to let things slide and give places like this a 5 star rating easier but I have never been to a fancy restaurant and got better service. We were asked how the food was, a older couple was eating that did not move well the manager went to get them a new drink so they did not have to walk and get one. In all ways this place was going above any standard of service every time we go in.

Whoever is working here on 3/11/2023 is amazing. Your staff was friendly with a sense of humor. They talked to both my kids and wife with smiles and joked around with my kids. Our food was great and we got served very fast. There is a self serve drink service but they filled our cups for us and brought them to us.

I adore taco bell, but it’s consistent every time I go there either someone is rude/snappy for no reason, they forget part of my order, or both. Went to Taco Bell for lunch today and this nice man named Erwin was on peak great service even switched my drink out when my tea was almost empty for another cup of tea really enjoyed the food. We came through and ordered 4 tacos and 5 5 layer beefy burritos NO BEANS AND SOUR CREAM. First time the burritos wasn’t in the bag. Second time the burritos was made wrong still had the sour cream and beans. Third time I leave after getting the food thinking maybe they would do their job right by then nope get home and the burritos still wrong!
