Somebody needs to do something about this store. We ordered and it came out fast. Staff was cool. Only reason they didnt get a 1 star.
But the food wasnt even close to what it should be.
They barely had any filling in the tacos.
They DL taco was smashed into pieces. The crispy chicken tacos werent evn in the taco. The fillings were in the bag. They seem to not care at this location. We WILL not be returning to this one. Its not worth it anymore. Only photo i got.

This is for the delivery drivers.
I was just there trying to pick up an order. Drove all the way from Marion to get there. I get there and they tell me they’re making mine next. Then they proceeded to make what appeared to be a large volume of orders for drive-thru and just ignored mine. I get that your company policy tells you to focus on the drive through, however don’t forget the order doesn’t end with me. There is one of YOUR customers on the other end of my job that probably ordered a significant amount of time BEFORE the drive-thru. This affects the customer and it makes me want to decline ever order from this store because I know it’s just going to be a huge waste of time.

Normally I don’t make reviews, and if I do they’re good. Usually Taco Bell in West Frankfort is the best one when i go late at night. Unfortunately, the last few times I have gone the food has been made so far from correct and is honestly disgusting. There have been multiple times where they have either given us the wrong food entirely, forgotten our food, or made it wrong in general. Normally one or two issues don’t bother me, but when i notice that 95% of my order is entirely wrong and is almost not edible, and i realize it’s the same person making it each time, then i get concerned. Not saying all this to get them in trouble but if you have a long day and you just want some fast food, it’s irritating when they can’t get any of it right. Also, most of these late nights when we are ordering it’s just us in the drive thru and it’s still taking them 10-15 minutes to make our food, which is a lot of time for not a lot of food. Please please please train your people better!!! Also not to mention the fact that there were people in the back with the food hitting their vapes?!

IMPORTANT UPDATE BELOW: They do not make good food for late night. This is the second time I’ve been there and gotten bad food prepared for me. They need to get it together. Look at this taco with one little piece of meat. Absolutely ridiculous! That’s just part of a really bad purchase that seems to be what they serve at this location. Beware of the West Frankfort Illinois location.
Redemption! This place is really turning the page and stepping up their game! New Manager, New Assistant Manager (I believe anyway) and the food has been soooo much better. Good job guys! Keep up the hard work and somebody get me that guy with the dreamy blue eyes phone number!

Dirty, sticky tables and floor, have to use a stupid kiosk to make your order. Sticky drinks they give you, burnt half empty bag of chips, etc. I’ll never go here again. Drive to Marion. Horrible. Kiosk alone makes me turn around and leave and I’m very good with computers. Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

the people here are like super sweet but im so over getting stale food , i have literally not had a fresh batch of nacho fries like ever in the past TWO YEARS ( aside from having them remade . ) and its actually insane . do we not have timers on like anything ??? literally had a woman tell me “ oh but they are only 8 minutes old ? “ hello ??????

I was driving to Indy and stopped at Taco Bell and I ordered and said specifically no meat in the order as I am vegetarian but look at these maxi pizza it has chicken or beef on it but when I called at the store they put the phone on side I guess I kept saying hello but no response – please look in too things when some one orders I had to throw away food which is waste of food and money too

First off when I come in and order two nachos belgrande with extra everything w/o tomatoes, and I pay extra for everything and I pay for extra meat and the only thing I get is a tiny tiny TINY.. amount of meat and a crap load of beans…? Did i order a bean dip with chips for $11 each? This is like the 10th time my order has been screwed up here. I give this store my lowest rating because I don’t even feel like they care about the reviews or about the customers. What are you doing, saving the food for yourself? Learn some better customer service and food quality handling and prep and maybe you’d get more business. Won’t be back until they change. Probably never….

Taco Bell – West Frankfort, IL
I typically love Taco Bell, but my experience at the West Frankfort location on 12/31/24 was less than stellar. My boyfriend, Brandon, and I went through the drive-thru around 6:30 PM. We ordered 4 soft shell tacos with added onions and sour cream, 8 packs of mild sauce, a large Baja Blast, and a large Breezy.
When we got to the window, they told us they didn’t have any Baja Blast, which was disappointing. I also asked for some salt, but the worker said they no longer had salt available. To top it off, I had to remind them to give us a straw for the drinks. It felt like basic customer service was lacking.
We pulled around, but then Brandon went inside the lobby to double-check. Low and behold, there was Baja Blast and salt sitting there. It seemed like the employee just didn’t want to bother going behind the counter to grab them.
While the food was fine, this experience left a lot to be desired. A little more attention to detail and effort from the staff would have gone a long way. Not sure we’ll be back anytime soon. And only reason I gave him a start doll is because you have to at least give a star if there was a -5 they would’ve got it
