I would give 0 stars if I could. Every single time I go to 10th street Taco Bell in Mount Vernon Il i get shorted. I only went back because my grand kids wanted it. Once again I got shorted. So I called. Hoping they would take my name for a credit. No, I either had to take the lose or go back for what they left out which left the rest of my food cold when I got home. I will NEVER return

12/30@3pm 2025 Kiosk only. Manager is all about telling everyone in the store that she won’t take your order for you. Not set up for multiple orders or cash. I watched a family with kids wait 5-10 minutes to pay cash after the manager told them kiosk only. A person walks in from the drive thru super angry at the manager who was rude to her and made her park practically across the street. She ordered on the app and didn’t get her food. I ordered a cantina quesadilla and half of it was meat-less. The service is awful and the attitudes of the workers are worse. Two more people come in that ordered on the app, food wasn’t ready, employee argued with customer. All through all this, both workers were talking smack on everyone that walks in. Management is horrible here and they’re understaffed. Employee who took cash did not wash hands after handling the money. Immediately started preparing food. I’m expecting a lot of cross contamination happens here. Go anywhere else!!

The workers at the Drive thru are always very pleasant every night even though they get too busy with Continental getting off workat 11 at night. No complains and always fast service. Thank you!

We had terrible service at this Taco Bell. We were at the window and they forgot to give us our sweet tea after they handed us our food. The worker said we didn’t order one, which we did, so we asked if we could pay for it separately and they could make us one really quick. The worker (little blonde girl) got very hateful and snappy with us, refused to make us the sweet tea, because “we didn’t order one” even though we offered to pay for it. If I was this worker’s boss, I wouldn’t tolerate such unprofessional behavior that this little girl showed us today. She needs to be fired for talking to customers the way she did. We won’t be returning.

Probably the worst customer service and Taco Bell you could go to. Service is always extremely slow, when you do get the food it either cold or messed up. I’d give this a 0 if I could.

This is the most horrible restaurant experience ever.
Not just Taco Bell. Anywhere on the planet.
1st thing you are directed to a kiosk because “management” (I use the term loosely) will not allow employees to take orders.
After you are finished with your electronic kiosk degree, you wait for your food.
I ate in, had to go get it, because an employee doing “anything” here is beyond the pale.
I had 5 “tacos” and a large drink.
There wasn’t half a teaspoon of meat on the tacos. Barely any lettuce, no cheese whatsoever.
So I go to the counter to show them the paltry share of taco meat.
“Standard is one scoop. More than one scoop is extra. Do you want another scoop? “
I replied, “No. I no longer want Taco Bell ever again.”
The empty parking lot at supper time should have been the first clue.
Basically, soft tortillas with not even one bite of meat, no cheese, hardly any lettuce.
This order was $14.56.
Don’t go here.

The last several times I’ve been here they’ve screwed up something with my order. For instance I request no beans or lettuce with my goodies, but it still comes. Plus, this burnt quesadilla is what came from officially my last visit to this place. It used to be good, but quality has gone extremely downhill.
Update: they’re going deeper. Let several times I went there were issues: order was wrong, didn’t have stock of beef or chicken, or tried to make me wait to order despite one car in front of me. I’m disappointed in their management mostly, they need to get their stuff straight.
