Used the app, drive-thru to pick up. Was missing 1 of the 6 items. Parked, took a couple of minutes to acknowledge me at the counter. I told them what the problem was. Then they proceeded to go ahead and make the next 2 drive-thru orders that weren’t even behind me when I got my order. Each of those orders consisted of 7 or 8 things, so I waited for them to make 14 to 15 things for two cars while I stood there waiting to get the item I was missing. Deleted the app will always order in person. Thought maybe they would offer me a drink for my trouble or upgrade me to the bigger nacho but nope just tossed the bag up on the counter like it was my fault.

3 yrs ago: Who closes at 6:00 on a Sunday and stays open till midnight on Wednesday??? That sounds like a really bad business decision. Maybe you just can’t get people to work that late on a Sunday but they will on a Wednesday??? I get it. You’re closed. Turn off your lights then!! That’s just wrong.

It’s Taco Bell. I think there are kind of general expectations of what each of them look like. The service at the drive thru menu board is polite and friendly. I’ve never had a rude interaction there. However, the window customer service skills could use a bit more attention. Say “hi” and if customers say “thank you” the expectation is a “you’re welcome” at least.

Came inside to order my dinner. 09/18/2023 5:15pm

Had to wait for the girl up front to get off her phone and quit cussing before I could get any assistance.

Ordered a number 5 and a cinnamon twist.

Got to a table and it was filthy.

Opened my chips to find some kind of juicy liquid and a very thin line of runny sour cream down the middle. Little to no meat to speak of!

I did not complain because I didn’t want my food messed with or trust the staff.

After eating my chips I began to eat my cinnamon twist no cinnamon or sugar at all, just plain fried piece of whatever this is.

So I decided to write this review and as Im sitting here in the restaurant, there is loud yelling and loud rap music coming from the kitchen, sounds like two employees fighting and cussing.

I will not be back, sad dysfunctional excuse for staff, food, and atmosphere.

Age and maturity is no excuse! I blame parents, Taco Bell leadership, management, and ownership.

Hard to believe how bad it was honestly, nothing right as far as I’m concerned. Terrible experience from beginning to end.

Makes you think about how well they follow food sanitation laws…that place is a mess

The worker was really nice and polite. The downfall was repeating myself multiple times on what I wanted then switched people mid order. And the nuggets came out crappy as ever

This restaurants gone through a lot of changes over the years, but they can’t seem to be consistent on keeping good help.

one day you’ll have a really super nice clerk, very helpful, foods terrific. The next day you’ll get a snotty clerk who won’t say anything other than how much you owe without a goodbye, thank you or come back and see us again. I just don’t understand why people can’t act humane.

I miss the days where you pulled up to Taco Bell and they said how are you doing today?
The previous owners made sure the people working there understood customer service.

In the artificial half-light of the Taco Bell sign, where cuisine has been distilled to its most utilitarian form, mass-produced warmth wrapped in paper, engineered sustenance for those too tired to demand flavor or meaning, one expects only the dull inevitability of the corporate meal. The tacos taste as they always have: a whisper of spice, a murmur of texture, a sigh of mediocrity that neither offends nor inspires. It is nourishment only in the sense that breathing is participation in life.

And yet, in this unlikely corner of culinary surrender, there exists a strange, tender defiance. The employees here, bound by headsets and digital timers, perform their duties not with the dead-eyed resignation one expects, but with a sincerity almost painful to witness. They greet customers, their voices uncracked by apathy. They assemble these prefab ingredients with care that the food itself has not earned, as though each Chalupa were a fragile dream worth saving.

One almost feels guilty, accepting a Crunchwrap handed over with genuine courtesy, knowing full well the inevitability contained within: a meal that will neither improve the world nor destroy it, consumed and forgotten in equal measure. But for a moment, humanity intrudes. These workers stand against the void not with grandeur, but with smiles, patience, and soft-spoken politeness.

And so, in a place where meaning goes to dissolve in Fire sauce and sodium, a paradox thrives: compassion blooming in corporate sterility, small acts of grace performed in a temple of edible nihilism. The food may be nothing, but the people, impossibly, are not.

I always have specific, picky orders and they’ve been right every single time. Food is fast and Taco Bell. Not sure I could ask for anything else.

The food was very good! Food was well made, and they didn’t skimp out on the food! We placed a mobile order and got our food right away, and it was super hot! They were super nice people! They even offered us a free soda! Would go again! Thanks for the good service!
