Taco Bell has lost a customer! Service was despicable! Upon arriving and using the machine to place our order and then sitting and waited and waited, and waited for our order. It was over 10 minutes. My name was NEVER called. I was there with my Niece, and they called her name. We each placed our own order and paid separately. But both orders were on one tray and was totally incorrect. We both ordered the same value box, but modified our items differently, wrappings did not indicate which were which.
Also, every single table was dirty with bits of food on them, as did many of the seats/chairs. My Niece asked for a cleaning rag, after standing at the counter and not being acknowledged for a long period of time. An employee came out to wipe the table down, which she left some sauce on our table (did not wipe it well). She started to walk away and I had to mention the seats as there was seasoned meat on my seat and did not want to sit on it. She acted very annoyed. I was shocked that she did not even both to wipe any other tables off, especially since every single one was dirty.
When asking what went with each order, the employee stood there at the counter opening each & every item to figure it out. No care was taken to re-wrap our food. I was pretty appalled by his lack of concern.
After getting my drink and sitting down, I took a drink of my very FLAT Pepsi. What! Flat soda!! YIKES!!!
Next, opening my Chalupa to add some mild sauce, I barely saw any of the seasoned meat (see my pictures). I was unable to even taste the meat as there was so little of it compared to the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. It tasted more like a Veggie Chalupa, minus the black beans, plus the bread portion was STALE as all get out!!!!!! I had cinnamon twist with my order, but they were not on my tray, instead chips & cheese were. I had to ask for the twist.
My soft taco was next. It was a tiny bit better than the last time I had a Taco Bell soft taco, but not by much. The cost has doubled and the filling has shrunk to 1/2 of what you used to receive. Forgot to take a picture as I was so disgusted!
Oh, and I requested my receipt by text, and it still has never arrived. While still at the location, I requested a printed receipt. She printed out my order, not a copy of my receipt. How is it they got payment immediately and yet over 23 hours later, I still do not have a copy of my receipt. Not by text or email, which both were entered upon placing my order. And it does NOT show in my rewards account either!!!
I will NEVER return to this particular location, and most likely Taco Bell will never be a place I think of for food or ever recommend. They were my top favorite fast food. But not any more.
I know that all (at least the ones I have patronized) are short handed. I would not mind or complain about the time it took to receive my order, but every aspect of my visit was appalling!!!

We placed a mobile order and walked through drive thru because our ambulance wouldnt fit through. They wouldnt even open the window just yelled They couldn’t serve us unless we were in a car. Ill never get tacobell again especially if im working.

Service is always great but man the meat is always skimpy. I had a grilled steak burrito and it literally had two tiny strips of their “steak”. Why do I have to order quadruple the meat to get a normal serving?? Quesadillas are like this too. Save your money go to real Mexican restaurant and have free chips and salsa and a marg.

I know it’s fast food, but when even the CRUNCH wrap supreme is a soggy flavorless mess, I get upset. I couldn’t tell one item from the other, and all the tortillas were chewy, tough and terrible. GARBAGE!

I would like to start by saying I usually have 10/10 experiences. Tsk tsk tsk, Taco Bell on 6th street. I went today on 9/26 at 4:15. This crew is terrible. I came in and there was a customer trying to translate to the cashier what tacos he was missing. I wasn’t rude or demeaning to the cashier and he went and looked for my order. The Taco Bell app said that it was ready for pickup. I waited for 20 minutes watching them get 5 orders wrong including mine. The skinny darkskin lady who seemed to be the shift lead acted like she couldn’t be bothered when dealing with customers. There was a tall light skin cook who either has a physical or mental disability because the way he was moving was just ridiculous and unacceptable, especially for there not to be a rush. 5 orders and whatever was in the drive through. The service here is usually great. Just a terrible group of people who couldn’t care to even try. Will give another chance because most times they hit the target

If I could give a zero star, I would. I ordered for drive thru pick up with the mobile app and I made modifications on each of my items, so I’d know they were made to order (as it was late). None of my order was correct. There was ice in the drinks, the chips (from the chips and queso) were emptied in the bag surrounded by all of the sauce packets that the employees touch with their bare hands, my taco was upside down and not wrapped up properly, and the taco was smothered in sour cream. Because of the amount of sour cream, the taco fell a part before I was able to even take a bite. I tried to use a napkin to soak up some of the sour cream, but the picture attached shows that it didn’t do much. I am quite disappointed, as I now have no food and nowhere else is open this late.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered once and they said they were out of steak then refunded my order, ordered again and they said they were out of beef. Ordered a 3rd time and they said they were out of chicken. This was August 31st. I’m assuming whoever is running the store just didn’t want to make any more food orders.
