Store was very clean, food had great taste and was served at perfect temp. Staff was ok and that’s where it ended,cashier did not speak 1 word of clear English could not even spell taco with out asking me how, no forks or spoons available, music was distasteful and loud. Value was very low. Order was incorrect and cashier was unable to repeat order so let it ride. Not impressed with front counter. Very disheartenimg.

One of the only places I can eat at this late due to dietary restrictions. Tried to edit my meal four different times because she kept wanting to input my drink and send us on. Sure enough, not only can I not eat 3/4th of the meal I should have been able to eat the entirety of, but after stating no cheese on anything, they legit put cheese in the bag. Nevermind the LACK of beans they also gave me. If I wanted the truly plain Crunchwrap I would have said no protein.

If you want your rewards, order through the app. I tried paying with cash and scanning my receipt, but one of the employees must have checked in for me. Whoever “Jeff” is got my rewards. Food is fine, service is what you expect from taco bell.

Fast and easy. Food was made right and it tasted good. Service was quick and professional. Nice for a road trip stop because it was right off the highway. The Crunchwrap is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. Their vegetarian options are vast and they all taste good.

I usually just get whatever the Luxe box is. Food is good and cheap and service is not bad. Have not had issues with messed up orders or long waits. Those things alone put it above most other fast food joints in Springfield.

The employees here are the most unhelpful people I have ever met. I accidentally placed my order for the wrong location and they couldn’t cancel it or tell me how to cancel it.
Update been over a week since they stole my money. I’ve had to file a bank dispute to try and get my money back they never did the right thing.

I haven’t had taco bell in a long time came for the new chicken nuggets it was a bit over $8 for 10 piece… Still got them I get home, already sick it was 6 and one piece looked off that was sick a scam.

This location is awful. Anytime I decide to take a chance they show me why I prefer to go to other locations. They constantly mess up orders and they prepare food sloppy, like they don’t even care. I feel like I waste my money every time I go to this location. Nobody wants food prepared like they prepare food, it’s disgusting. Taco Bell should hire staff that care. They get paid way to much for this type of bull.
