Ordered food from the mobile app and got told i could only pick up 1 order at a time and would have to go around again (while no one was there) lady was super rude. Only taco bell I have been to that i have problems with the guy at the window had to apologize for how rude she was.

This location has a problem with putting the cheesy fiesta potatoes in the bag when it’s ordered. The only time the order is ever correct is when it’s just for myself but if I order for multiple people it’s never right.

The white flour tortilla was soggy and a complete mess. Had more fillings in the wrapper then the tortilla
The crunchy corn tortilla was completely broken into a salad basically
The chips the same. Just shards
Cheese sauces had maybe one chip worth of cheese
The burrito was missing the lettuce and was a soggy mess
The drink was requested to be zero but got normal
Pure laziness and not caring what they serve

This is the most horrible restaurant I’ve ever been to. They locked the lobby before 10 pm and when I called they hung up on me. I called a second time and they picked up but sat the phone down and refused to answer. I cannot go in the drive thru because I’m a truck driver in an 18 wheeler and they are refusing me service. I stayed on the phone for over 10 minuets listening to their conversation about how funny it was that they locked me out and would not serve me and that dumb truckers didn’t deserve to eat anyway.

The most accurate, reliable and nice fast food restaurant I’ve been to in this area. They’re always consistent, kind and wonderful to interact with. It is Taco Bell but this is the best Taco Bell. Hours I go are between 2pm-12am so please let that reflect on my review

I walking in with my grandma, sister, and cousin. We ordered on the machine and I had gotten a Veggie Bowl with just seasoned rice easy, extra lettuce, cheese, onion, and potatoes easy to go. So when we got our food I took mine and went home. We went home and I opened my bowl. I did not get what I ordered. You may think, “Oh they probably just mixed up your bowl with someone else’s.”, and you would be wrong! Because there was literally no one in the restaurant except for a cute old couple who had already gotten their food. There was also one in the drive through either. Now I know there is a chance that it could have gotten mixed up with a mobile order but I still can’t with this. So my order of the veggie bowl was in the vegan menu. Now I am not personally a vegan but I did not want any meat in my order! But when I opened it, it was perfect until I noticed there were TWO KINDS OF CHICKEN IN IT and they forgot my CHEESE!!! I LOVE CHEESE! Also I asked for no sauce and the chicken was covered in sauce so now I couldn’t even eat my lettuce because it is now covered is sauce!

We have tried to get breakfast several times but they are never ready. Even though it is after 8 am and they are open for business they say their grill isn’t up or it will be 10 to 15 minutes until their ready. Probably won’t go back for breakfast again this has happened so many times. we are working so we can’t wait for that long.
