I arrived here and waited 5-7 minutes before I was acknowledged in the drive-thru. I was there at 9:48 pm on a Friday, there were a few cars in the drive-thru and a few on the lot. At approximately 9:59 I heard I’m sorry, I forgot you were here, what’s your order? I placed my order and was told the chicken wasn’t ready do I mind cantina chicken and I said sure. Once I received my order at the window I noticed I was missing items. The cashier said I should have 8 I only had 6, they made me another flat bread. That was missing, however; I was still short on food that I paid for. I went inside to resolve the issue. The man that was pressing the tortilla didn’t bother to acknowledge me. There were only 4 people in the dining area at the time. After 10 minutes the grill dude told the window dude I was there after waiting. The window guy told the lady that was sweeping and that I had already made eye contact with that I was there she told him to see what I wanted. Same thing was said at the window I’m missing food, I don’t know what because it wasn’t for me. He told her and I had to wait another 5 minutes before she came to the nasty counter. Again, told her the issue and she had a very nasty attitude. I went through my order and she said he gave me too much and asked him what’sin the $7 box, I told her and showed her each individualitem based on the receipt. I went line by line with my order and she was still confused. I then went through and counted my items with her. I had to open wrappers to show her and ask her what I was missing. After I went through all the items she stated what the color wrappers meant. I asked again what am I missing? I was shorted a burrito. I didn’t walk out of the NASTY inside until 10:25 pm. Had the food been for me I would have just gotten a refund. I will NEVER get food from here again. Not only was the service poor, the cleanliness was poor, the attitude was poor, and the food was cold by the time I got to my car. Maybe some training is needed for food protocol and basic customer service.

The food is cold and when you complain about it, they ask you what person took your order and you don’t know because you did it on a mobile app and then they were like well you gotta have a name. I said my name is this, but I don’t know who made my food because it’s a mobile order told me that I have to go online to either get my money back or complain and I did it on the app but there’s no way for me to get my money back the service there really is bad. They need an attitude adjustment and they do not greet you.

Absolutely disgusting…. The dining area inside had food all over the floor, the men’s bathroom was horribly disgusting to the point I didn’t even want to utilize it. Corporate needs to be contacted over this matter and the health department involved as well due to the nature of the situation…….

I ordered 3 bean burritos, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and a combo #8. The only thing right was the combo. Look at these burritos. My wife is vegetarian which is the only reason we go to Taco Bell – so she can eat. We got zero cheesy bean and rice burritos. Instead, there is BEEF in them. She can’t eat it. These bean burritos are basically just tortilla because there’s barely anything in them. And when I tried to call, they disconnected their phone.
Darryl, the GM, will be getting a complaint from me because this is not the first negative experience I have had at this location.

Ordered 3 locos tacos and a burrito. Only one taco was able to be ate and never got the burrito. I borrowed a ride to go get something to eat so I can’t go back now. Worst food service I’ve ever received and I’m a truck driver doing long haul.

I have tried numerous times to allow this location a chance to redeem themselves and they have again failed to do so. My order wasn’t hard to do, nor was my requests for stuff not to be put on them unreasonable. I ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunches without lettuce and it shows it on my receipt. But as you can see they both have lettuce. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened, but I am no longer giving this location my business. I doubt anyone from management will reach out n the 1 time I called customer service, even they failed to make it right.
