We all know what to expect when we go to Taco Bell. My order was correct and hot. I went during a Playoff game halftime and was back in time to catch the 3rd quarter, so I was happy.

After 30 minutes of waiting in an empty lobby this is the cold slop I was given, tell me why I payed for a nacho bell grande with extra beef and add chicken and got this, the quesadilla was undercooked none of the cheese even melted but it sure had burnt chucks of other food on it, the beefy 5 layers lacked the nacho cheese. Some how everything with beans was almost icebox cold. I get that it’s fast food, but this was neither fast nor was it truly edible. It took 20 minutes after ordering for a worker to even tell us they were out of an item we ordered. This is a waste of money.

We had a $69 order. We went to pick up and we were missing over HALF of our order and most of it was messed up. We went in to get it remade and it took them 3 tries to get everything right. We still didn’t get all of our items in the end. Would not recommend this location.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell Location. You are never given what you order, the staff is always short with you or never even talks to you. There are times they won’t even take your order and you just sit there. How this location is still open is astounding to me. If I could give negative stars I would. I have tried to go back several times and it just gets worse every time.

The young man who took my order was very nice. It was until the lady from the back with the gold long braids came to the window all mad huffing and puffing because we had a 60.00 order.
We ordered 25 items and which ALL ITEMS was placed into ONE bag, causing all the hard shell tacos to break and the little toppings off the Mexican pizza was stuck to the top of the box. Horrible experience.
I worked for Taco Bell and I already know it’s not that hard.
$7.00 boxes go in they own box which mine didn’t even though I ordered 2 of them.
Nothing was labeled, so we had to open each item and guess what it was.
The area coaches needs to step back in and get these store and they employees back up to par. Stop letting them work with bad customer service because it will drive the customers away.
I know I won’t be back to the Carlyle Ave location in Belleville across from Belleville East until some better customer service is there.
Oh and by the way the employees was mad because they was all sitting down and we made them get up and do some work!

The service was extremely slow. I’m so happy I had no where to go because once you pull into the driveway, you’re blocked in by a barrier wall. I guess this is a construction design for all Taco Bells because the ones locally are like this. Half of my order was wrong. I ordered a $7 box, and two or more of the 5 items were not in the box. There’s a lot of trash on the ground and in the landscape shrubbery. The food was bland and mushy. It wasn’t worth spending my money on.

Food is at best ok. Service is absolutely terrible every time. Orders take forever, staff is more often than not rude or inconsiderate, and for the past few years now we have always had something wrong with our order. At least the last 10 times we have had up to 3/4 of our order missing. I do not recommend this location at all.

My husband went to Taco Bell this evening, and when he got home he realized he had received the wrong order. Without thinking, he placed everything—including a partially eaten taco—back into the bag. I called the store, and they told me to bring the receipt and come back.
When I arrived, I explained the situation and offered to return the food. The employee simply nodded, took the bag, set it aside, and said nothing further to me. He then continued preparing other orders. Shortly after, a DoorDash driver came in for an order (I believe under the name Clayton). To my shock, the employee picked up the exact bag I had just returned, placed stickers and a receipt on it, and handed it to the driver—without ever opening it or checking its contents. That means a customer most likely received food that had been in my home, handled by us, and even had a taco with a bite taken out of it.
After filling multiple orders, the employee eventually prepared mine. When I got home, the food was soggy, poorly made, and tasted awful. It was clear the person preparing it was irritated that he had to redo the order.
This experience was extremely disappointing and frankly disgusting. Not only was my returned food apparently given to another customer, but the service was dismissive and the replacement meal was inedible. We wasted our money and left feeling disrespected. I will not be returning to this location and will make sure to share my experience with others.

I should have known better to follow through with my order when I pulled up at the intercom. The person taking my order was rude, and I felt guilty for bothering them with my order. Samola T was very upset and I would have canceled my order once I was prompted to pay, but I tried my best to be pleasant, and understanding of how busy the staff was. Once we arrived home we discovered that the chicken nuggets we ordered were obviously over cooked and probably re-fried after setting for some time. I will be writing an email to the owner, I am done hoping for a friendly experience from the Tacobell on Carlyle in Belleville, IL.
