Husband ordered online 20 minutes before we got there. We went through the drive through and was told we needed to come inside. We did and they were confused why we came in. Got order and things were all over the place. The box meal was half in the box and half out and no sauce was given despite asking for 10 packets. Belleville Taco Bell’s are notoriously terrible and this has got to change.

Food was ok. Cinnamon twists were nasty! The employees put our food in the bag upside down! As soon as we grabbed something out, it fell out of the wrapper, went all over the bottom of the bag. They are so careless!! It’s no wonder why this location was so dead… Because no one cares about being good at anything!!

Of three tacos, only one was decent. I’ve included pics. These people don’t even try. If I had opened them prior to getting home, I’d have asked for my money back. They looked two-thirds eaten already. Only one had tomatoes (a few meager bits). TERRIBLE!!

This location is horrible…half the time the DT speaker is not working and you have to pull around to take order, then must be exact change only or card. Or when it does work they say they aren’t taking orders at this time ? Really I truly like Taco Bell but this location in NOT worth all the headaches !!!

I’ll never come to this Taco Bell ever again. This Taco Bell used to be the best out of the area’s Taco Bells. Tonight we ordered $40 worth worth of food from the kiosk. The two workers that were preparing our food kept looking at us then back to each other then snicker & smirk. This made me very uncomfortable in suspicious that maybe they did something to our food. We gave them the benefit of the doub though, and I wish I wouldn’t have). Part of my order included two orders of nacho fries which were inedible (see pic). We also had a nacho Bell grande and some tacos which my children ate. Both my children ended up throwing up and neither was sick before eating the food. I will be requesting a full refund tomorrow.

Used to really enjoy Taco Bell but unfortunately they have made it to where you have to use a kiosk that barely works and only has half the menu ( worst idea ever ) then to top it off you can’t even pay with money or get any assistance from a person. This place in it’s currently design is basically dead to me . Suggest no one ever goes there and maybe they might realize how stupid all this is . Shame!

Walked up to the door and it was locked. Went through the drive thru and they said “We’re only taking mobile and doordash orders right now”
What’s the point of even having a business if you can’t serve anyone?
Also the building was filthy with food and trash thrown everywhere outside.
Unfortunately the state of most businesses in this area now.
