It took them 31 minutes to make my order from the time i ordered it through the app. All my burritos had rice in them. I use to work for 2 different taco bells. Burritos Supremes arent made with rice in them. And I ordered 10 items as you can see in the photo but had to go back in cause 2 items was missing. They made me 3 items cause the girl claimed that 3 was missing from my order. All 3 of the remakes were wrong. I had stop coming to this location cause it’s always a problem with the people that work here. They dont take their job serious. Huge turn over all the time.

They have everyone in the drive through pull around, and make you wait till they have enough orders to make it worth walking out. 15 minutes in my case. Food was cold and disgusting. Waster my whole lunch

First of the tacos were amazing melted to the paper but non the less amazing ! But the smell and taste of the Mexican pizza was disturbing and very disgusting … then I called and was told they will be remade but not if your using the same shells they old outdated something put on them or something but it has my stomach so upset ! Just unpleased

If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars I would. We had a mobile order and waited in the drive thru 15 minutes before receiving some of our food. The rest of it was missing. As if that’s not enough, while we pulled into the parking lot we were met with cars blasting music and multiple shirtless men on bikes. Even though we were appalled by this we went inside to pick up our missing items. Nobody acknowledged us for 10 minutes and plenty of other customers were also waiting. When we got home and ate our food we were disappointed. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

waste of time waste of money just get rid of the place already smh not coming back after this rather drive to stl or Caseville just for some taco bell. like literally ten dollars for this and it advertise double chicken but where is the damn chicken they also don’t want to offer me a refund and never gave me a receipt and was about to argue about giving it to me they never give receipts never. the workers also said that the owner told them to not put all the ingredients in just to pinch the meat not put the full portion. then the owner told them to only refund the one item but it came as a combo. do not eat here get rid of this place and the owner needs to be arrested for stealing he is purposely charging full price for a portion of the food I will be reporting this location to the BBB. do not let them steal your money any more.

Disgusting food and horrible customer service. I ordered a fiesta veggie burrito with no guacamole. I got a burrito with guacamole and had SNOT on it! Was missing quesadilla sauce, sour cream, and red strips. Went back trough the drive thru to get a refund. The girl rolled her eyes then shut the window. A “manager in training” told me she didn’t know how to do a refund and offered a remake. She said it wasn’t snot, that the black beans are normally like that. I agreed to a remake with no beans. I asked that it be made with correct ingredients to which she told me it doesn’t come w/ sour cream. The 3rd photo was the remake. Nacho cheese and lettuce and missing sour cream, shredded cheese, and red strips? Inedible. I called the store to speak to a manager who was very rude who stated I have to drive back to the store and maybe the GM could give me a refund. Gas is $4 a gallon, I’m not driving all the way there for $2. They never apologized, didn’t ask for my phone number, didn’t offer a gift card, nothing but attitude. I filed a complaint online but never heard back from them either.

The Taco Bell in Cahokia Heights, IL is absolute garbage. In general, the staff is slow and uncaring. Crunchy taco shells and Mexican pizza shells are routinely spoiled/sour. However, this visit was especially unpleasant. Surprisingly, the food was fine, though the order was incorrect. No, this review is due to being asked to pull around when there is no one else in line. I placed my order @ 6:48 PM (off-peak time). I received my drink and was asked to pull around. I asked how long and the girl just looked at me like I sprouted a third eye, rolled her eyes, and said “they’re making it now, not long” If they are making it “now” why am I pulling around (to save drive thru times, I know the game) While I was waiting, I saw several employees step outside on their phones or just sitting in the lobby (they may have been on break, to be fair. But you probably shouldn’t have multiple employees on break at the same time). Finally, TWENTY TWO minutes later, the girl that took my order walks out hands me my order and just says “Here” and turns around to walk back inside. No “Thank You”, no “Sorry for the wait”, no response other than “Here” The Taco Bell locations in Columbia, IL and in South County, St Louis, MO are great, and I go to those locations when I have the opportunity. The only reason I visit the Cahokia Heights location is because they are local. It is VERY apparent that the employees don’t care, the management does not care and the ownership does not care about this location.
