Usually don’t have a problem here, tonight we went through the drive through and I had ordered two supreme dorito tacos and a few other things. We had a chili cheese burrito that was busted open and all over the wrapper, you couldn’t even eat it in the car so it got tossed out. But these two supreme dorito tacos just had wayyyyyy too much sour cream in them, there was the thinnest layer off meat and the taco was cold in the wrapper from the amount of sour cream that was jammed in the shell. You couldn’t even enjoy them, got an about half way through and tossed it too. The second one was just as bad. Very disappointed considering the almost $4 price tag a pop.

Nice and polite staff. The dining room was clean, including the drink station and condiments. Which was full. The service was fast and the order was correct. I’m obsessed with the mini taco salad on the luxe value meal menu. I add extra toppings and it was done right each time I’ve ordered it.

My wife and I visited the Litchfield, Illinois Taco Bell between approximately 8:50 PM and 9:20 PM to dine inside. February 4th 2026. While the food itself was acceptable, the overall experience was extremely concerning due to the behavior of an employee named Da Bon (spelling may vary).
Upon entering, we observed Da Bon sitting on the counter near the cash register, which seemed inappropriate given that the restaurant was nearly empty and had ample seating. After placing and receiving our order, Da Bon began yelling and screaming loudly throughout the front area and toward other employees. His behavior was disruptive and alarming to guests as well.
Additionally, the floor behind the counter where employees prepare food was cluttered with trash, and the drive-thru employee was simultaneously cleaning the dining room and taking orders, which suggested a lack of proper staffing or supervision.
At one point, we were genuinely concerned about Da Bon’s well-being and unsure whether he was in distress or if the situation could escalate further. The environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable for both customers and staff.
We spoke with Avery, who works the drive-thru window, and she provided the names of Da Bon, herself, and Amber, who is the manager. We attempted to contact Amber today, February 5th 2026 the day after the visit but our calls went directly to voicemail.
Based on this experience, we do not feel comfortable returning to this location if this behavior continues. The situation created an unwelcoming and potentially unsafe atmosphere that should be addressed promptly.

Food’s always decent, service is usually quick and food is usually fresh and good. Orders almost always have something missing though, like 9 times out of 10. Usually a pretty substantial item and not just a side or something, which sucks, be cause the husband and I get fast food maybe twice a month if that. Be sure to triple check your order before you drive home, even if you placed your order online!

I love this place, i’ve never had a single problem getting food here. The last time i went i heart a female employee saying a customers child should be put up for adoption. Another male employee was egging on his other coworker to flirt with me, all of which i overhead very loudly might i add. Overall very work ethic.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru to even get my order placed. I was told there were 3 large orders ahead of me and they would get to me when they could. There were 8 or 9 cars behind me and no way to exit so I had no choice but to sit and wait. Once I ordered it took another 10 minutes. Awful service. Understaffed. Will not go back to this Taco Bell.

Food is consistently horrible. Used to like this place but something changed and in the recent months. Rice is always crunchy tacos are squished and spilled into the wrappers. Kids behind the counter are rude too. Dont come here.

I’m a pretty regular customer here, and it never disappoints, and it’s always clean inside! The food is always prepared quickly, and it always tastes good. The workers are always friendly and actually care about the customers and what their doing! It’s always a nice environment to be in. Definitely recommend coming here if you ever need some good food for a good price!
