I went through the Taco Bell drive-thru around 10:30 on December 6th. I placed my order without any issues. After I ordered, the employee told me to wait and said she would let me know when to pull forward, even though there were no cars in front of me other than the one at the window. Since there were cars behind me, I decided to pull forward anyway. When I got to the window, the employee seemed annoyed, possibly because I didn’t wait as she had asked. But I’ve NEVER been asked to wait at a talkbox for food especially when there are 1 to no cars in front of me.
EDIT. Now starting to go through my food i ordered 3 3 cheese chicken flatbread melts, and it seems like they just threw 3 wrapped pieces of just flatbread in the bag and called it ok, it’s only 3 ingredients including the flatbread. . . What the heck. I’m beyond upset, some of the worst service/food I’ve ever gotten from ANY taco bell!

I just went to Taco Bell, and I was impressed by their affordable prices without sacrificing flavor or quality. The restaurant’s roomy dining space also made it the perfect place for friends and families to congregate.
The affordability of Taco Bell is one of its main selling points. The menu has a wide range of choices, from traditional tacos and burritos to original concoctions that suit various palates. I discovered the costs to be really reasonable, which makes it a fantastic option for anyone looking for a delicious lunch on a tight budget. Despite being reasonably priced, their food nevertheless had excellent ingredients.
The effectiveness of their service was what I found to be most impressive. When receiving orders and delivering food, the service members did so with efficiency and attention to detail.

For a second time… horrible service.
First time in drive-thru .. got shorted food.
This time went inside and ordered at kiosk
Why the kiosk… because nobody services the front counter.
Guess what?
If nobody takes your money at the front counter… they really don’t start your order.
So after seeing many orders picked up..
Waited about 20 minutes…
Someone finally asked if we had an order..
That’s when they told us they had not even started it.
Why?
Because it wasn’t paid for…
Why?
Because they have no one working the front counter.
No apologies.. no sorry about that..
They brought it out shortly there after.
Should of checked it better…
None of the sauces asked for were in the bag. Of course…

I got 3 supreme luxe boxes totaling 22.81, came home and saw taco bell did not put the mild sauce I asked for. So I called and was connected to the manager who sarcastically said they were sorry but that it was a free condiment and that I was welcome to come back and pick some up. Never going to that taco bell again in Glen Carbon. Their lack of customer service should really be a huge concern for the company. So my food is cold now and I have to drive to another taco bell to get something that I should have already had when I got my order. Unless I go back and get a refund for this food that is cold now

Skimpy portions for the price you pay and quality you get. Paid almost $7 for what was a small steak burrito with 3 tiny pieces of steak in it. I know the corporation sucks but the employees should at least put proper portions.

This restaurant is very poorly run and the girls working there are incredibly rude! If you go through the drive thru, you better be sure and check your order before leaving the parking lot because it is common occurrence for them to leave items out of your order. If you go in to dine, you are now expected to order thru their germ spreading kiosk. If you are paying cash, and you don’t alert someone in the back, because nobody mans the front counter anymore, your order won’t go through. But they won’t tell you this until you have wasted fifteen minutes or more standing there waiting for your order! The girls treat you like crap, the seating is the most uncomfortable and obviously designed with small children in mind. Don’t waste your time with this restaurant! There are so many better choices in Edwardsville. Whoever owns this restaurant doesn’t care about providing good customer service, or a comfortable restaurant to eat in.

It was so bad we didn’t get what we ordered we got different sizes in the drinks. The Uber Eats person took our food. They said we couldn’t refund it. It came in 2 different orders. We spent 100 dollars and we can’t get a refund because we “ate it”. We also have a pescatarian friend and they put beef in her taco when she asked for black beans. Just because it’s 2am doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do your job.

Got 4 soft tacos with sour cream which cost 2.40 or 2.60extra and barely had sour cream on them and it was all at one end. Other than that food was good and the girl at the window was really nice. Stopped for a quick bite with a family member. Took about 4mins to order, pay and get food.

Waited in line for 20 mins because they had a 800 dollar order but failed too mention that when I said I had a mobile order! Then Mike gets an attitude cause I requested a refund gets smarts very poor customer service for him to be a GM maybe he should retire!

This is the absolute BEST Taco Bell in the area hands down. I will always make the extra drive to go here because it’s always worth it.
Items are never forgotten, the service is always quick and friendly, the quality of the food is just stellar. Even silverware is provided without even asking. My husband’s tacos look just like the advertised ones- perfect proportions every time and cleanly made. Management is attentive and caring. Sauce is always in the bag when you ask. Absolutely no skimping on portions and you get your moneys worth. The interior is always clean and taken care of. I mean, I genuinely have no complaints about this establishment and I PRAY this continues! You guys are absolutely rocking it and setting a standard that is not going unnoticed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do to ensure a good experience.
