Who ever was at the window was YELLING at his employee’s saying “ GET IT IN THE BAG NOW.” This happened on 2/28/26. The big guy with the opened hoop earrings seems like an abuser. The employees were begging to not be yelled at.

I went through the drive-thru on 10/31/25 at 1:47 am and was greeted by a woman and a man. The woman quickly explained that a few items were out of stock, which was fine with me. I planned to order three Doritos Tacos, one with a freebie coupon, which I mentioned at the speaker. I understood that my order might be a bit complicated and was told I couldn’t add a condiment to the freebie item, which I accepted. However, when I reached the window, the same woman who initially spoke to me had to get help to apply my coupon, so I had to wait. Then, when I pulled out my money to pay, she looked at the amount I had and said it “looks like I have enough for a tip tonight.” While I’ve tipped before, it felt unprofessional for her to ask since she didn’t take my order or prepare my food—she just handed me my bag, and I had to ask her for sauce and napkins.

Walked into this Taco Bell & was never greeted by any employee. Ordered on a tablet, because the staff wasn’t at the registers. Our food came quickly. We got it to-go. We ordered a lot too and our order was correct. It was good too. They didn’t forget anything. Just a smile or a “Hello” would be nice next time!

Couldn’t even finish my food because I kept thinking they were so foolish. Ordered the cantina chicken TACO with a hard shell and instead of chicken I wanted beans. I expected it to be different but instead it looked like a flattened grill cheese taco. My passenger got the actual taco and his had veggies and wasn’t smashed. I didn’t ask them to flatten it on the grill. I ordered it primarily bc it had veggies. Bc of the way they cooked it I didn’t receive any veggies. They got both of my orders wrong so I went back around, they fixed one and told me I couldn’t have my veggies. So now I’m here giving them one star for telling me I couldn’t have what I paid for. Simply crazy!
