It was very warm inside the store, on a very cold day. It felt nice sitting in the sun. The Chalupa Supremes I had were the best I’ve had in the past year, although I don’t eat here that often. The service was very good, although they were running out of syrups for the fountain drink machine. The bathroom wasn’t awesome, but seldom are at formerly-fast food restaurants. I sure do miss paper towels in the bathrooms! Overall a much better than average experience! Kudos to the guys working here on 2/1/26! Great job!!

Terrible place to get food.
8pm. Stood at the counter, no one came. They saw me but never came over. Finally, I ordered through the kiosk. I had to reach over the counter and get my own cup. Took a while to get my food, and the food wasn’t good. Had to go back and get my cheese. They forgot it. Two other people went back up to the counter because they forgot some of their orders.
There are no ingredients inside the tacos. They were terrible.
A lady ordered behind me, and she was still waiting 25 minutes to get her food, and I was done eating.
She asked for her money back, and the manager wouldn’t give to her. She told her they were making her food. The place is dirty. A ladder against the wall where they made the food.

First time stopping at their particular Taco Bell. The store is very clean and the staff came RIGHT up to take out order. Bravo there. The bathrooms were clean. However, this is the smallest
Nacho Bell grande I’ve ever received.
The Chicken flatbread melt I ordered had only 3 small pieces of chicken, a small sprinkling of cheese and a ton of sauce. I know it is on the value menus, but I was thinking I’d be eating more then flatbread and sauce. yuck!!!
This was a take out so I couldn’t go back to have them redo. I definitely would not recommend unless you check everything in your order before leaving.

We are currently sitting in the drive thru after placing an online order. Going on 10 minutes. Nobody came to the window when we pulled up. We see multiple people behind the counter messing around with inside customers. Finally get our food and a half hearted apology. There should be a manager on duty to make sure their employees are working like they should be.

Absolutely disgusting Taco Bell. Do not order off of uber eats. 3x in a row it has been inedible and DIRTY. Staff must be on something when prepping food. Horrible if I could rate zero stars I would.

For starters they didn’t give us what we had ordered. So after driving some distance we realized the order was wrong. When we went back to the Taco Bell, we went inside only to see the place was a complete mess. The inside of the restaurant had food all over the floor and the employees were not very clean looking. The place was not busy at any time during our two visits there. Trash cans were overflowing with garbage. We got our order and left. Got about 10 min down the highway and when we went to open the bag to get our food out, the chicken casadia was very flat no chicken in it and I was very upset. When I called the store to speak to a manager, he answered the phone and sounded completely clueless and not one time during the phone call did he apologize to me for my order and the quality of the food being so bad! This place is run by children from the manager on down. Someone needs to get them some real training on proper manners and better hygiene.

Worst taco bell I have been too..could not even get order taken no one ever came to counter so used kiosk..food was thrown together and barely made missing half of taco..not worth money charged..definitely won’t be back to this one..

Got 4 nacho cheese tacos . Not one taco was filled up much at all . Paid $17 . Got 2 spicy potatoe tacos on the way out and that bag weighed more than the 4 tacos all together.
