My last visit I ordered the Verde fries with steak and was told that you no longer had them. That would have been okay except I ordered it off of the menu board. Once you discontinue a product you might want to take it off of the board.

First time I ate fast food in a few months after a camping trip. I was really looking forward to some tacos and a Baja Blast. Pulled in and they instantly said no pop or fries. So we ordered our food and it just didn’t taste like it was made properly. I still ate it but not the best taco bell experience nor the worst. The worst is in Gurnee Illinois.

Zero stars. Pulled up to the drive through speaker and was told they were only accepting mobile orders through the app. I had to back out of the drive through because they spent so long filling the order of the one car in front of me that I finally gave up pulling forward. We went to Burger King across the street.
