Taco bell N vermilion is the worst ever. I asked for no lettuce on 1 taco and got a shell w cheese. The staff have no personality they act like they are being bothered. I will NEVER eat there again . Champaign neil street is so much better. This location needs closed . I will be calling health department as well as my food was cold as ice. Disgusting NO STARS AT ALL

Good service, but the food was bad
Beef taco meat was held for far too long to the point it tasted like burnt coffee.
Chicken tacos were ok, but tortillas were stale.

Waited for 30 minutes for our food. Tomatoes on places we said no tomatoes and no meat in our supreme taco. Y’all really need to mark things better also.
Some of the staff’s apologetic words for our long wait was appreciated. However, some are very lackadaisical and unprofessional. For example, there was one person hanging out behind the counter and talking on their cell phone.

I am pissed off I showed up to get breakfast and they stopped serving it. That was the only thing good they had to offer. I was a daily visitor in the morning for breakfast. Also why are you opening at 9am for tacos? No one wants lunch at 9 in the morning. When will they bring this back? Because until breakfast comes back they have lost my business.
Also pay your phone bill. We called and it just goes to a dead tone! And your employee was rude in the drive through.

The Taco Bell on Vermilion Street is awesome! The employees there are so friendly and courteous and the food is always Delicious from there! We only go to this one on Vermilion Street! We’ve had way too many bad experiences at the other Taco Bell!

One place to go when you got that itch for trash tacos but don’t get me wrong they are good trash tacos. They rarely forget any food you order but when they do it’s next to impossible to get ahold of anyone so you normally just have to accept you gave them extra money for less food. They just need to work on there team and have better management and not treat the store as a party center.
