I have gone 3 times at night and been told that they are closed and the “lobby is closed” when the doors are unlocked and people look at me and them walk away from the register and hide in the back for 12 minutes. One of the times, I drove by 6 minutes later snd there was a person inside ordering but they didnt wanna serve me and my 6 friends. I dont care if its a lot of people, its your job, and there is no need to be rude about it.

Food was not made well. Missing the sauce that goes on the quesadilla.. nothing but children working inside. I mean this place is a joke .. every time I come here I get disappointed, every time I give y’all another chance your restaurant continues to disappoint.. smh I would Recommend not coming here ever. Last night was horrible! We usually go several times a month. We used to love going here. Not happening for awhile. Not untill you get better service and food. Threw my food at me and it dumped over. Messed up the smallest task which was the soda! Rude. Had to stop the car out of the line and go back in. Disgraceful! Two out of 10.

I don’t usually make reviews but this was absolutely disgusting no cheese in the quesadillas just broken old tortillas with old sauce on it. I had the grilled cheese burrito also and instantly had to throw it out. Could tell it was old, and barely anything in it. I got the spicy potato taco and the potatoes were hard as rocks and the tortillas cold and hard as ice. For a total of almost $40. Drive through worker was also rude. Avoid this place at all costs. I feel sick the next day after eating a little of the food I did get.

Ordered black bean cheesy gordita crunches but they gave us beef, so they couldn’t be eaten (there goes $10). The hard shell taco was stuck to the wrapping paper so when I tried to pick it up it tore in half and turned into a taco salad. Spent $19 on 5 items and only 2 of them could be eaten. What a rip off.

I usually wouldn’t review a random chain restaurant, but the last two times I’ve been to this specific Taco Bell, the food was absolute perfection. The wraps were grilled to a perfect slight crunch, everything was hot and obviously fresh (not just reheated), etc. I’ve been here and to all the Champaign/Urbana taco bells a lot over the years, and they’re all usual taco bell, still really good, but God damn whoever they recently hired here and have on the cook line is amazing. I’m addicted.

Rarely answer the phone, when they do it’s a language barrier or just someone saying “yeah, okay, yeah, bye” and hang up on you.

This is the 4th time I’ve received an ordered from location w ZERO sauce packets, ZERO utensils (I ordered food that needs cutlery), and ZERO napkins…absurd.

They are usually pretty good about doing the correct accommodations for customizing orders, but there is 0 reason for not answering the phone on a Wednesday night and not giving sauce/cutlery/napkins FOUR times in a row!

The food is good *most* of the time, but sometimes it just straight laziness. I pay for extras (.60 extra for sour cream, .70 extra for jalapeño) and get 0 of the additions I paid for and when I call regarding the situation, it’s either a language barrier or no one answers at all.

I spend a lot of money via their app and DoorDash and expect to at least receive napkins and the extras I pay for. And if that can’t be provided… At least answer the phone. If you can’t understand what I am saying due to a language barrier, please direct me to someone who can understand and help.

Sure, it’s fast food, but it ain’t CHEAP (even @ the restaurant!) and be up to par-really unacceptable otherwise. No excuses. Come on guys.
