Albeit I haven’t been the biggest Taco Bell fan but this is one of the worst fast food locations I’ve been to. Consistently packed, sassy workers, long waits, dirty waiting area, and under portioned food. The food is very expensive for what you get and is a very poor option compared to every thing else on green street. Do not go here. I saw one of the workers try to fight a customer once. Rock bottom of the options on green street.

Ambiance is good, with decent dineIn. The service is also good, staff is welcoming and friendly. There is a self user menu/checkout for customers to order food which is a plus point for them to explore. A negative thing is that all online available options are not available in this restaurant chain. Less vegan options. Not so over the top taste. I didn’t like the concept of mashed beans in burritos and and tacos. Not so extraordinary taste. The deals here are economic and pocket friendly.

Was super busy in Thursday evening. Got a $15 order within 25 mins. Pretty good considering there were loads of drunks people ordering and heckling the workers. Super good service when I had a couple of issues. Missed an item in my order, though I should’ve checked.

My friend and I came here on October 26th. We had ordered online and came to pick up our order when it said it was ready around 5. Upon arriving at this location, the door was locked. We waited outside until a worker came out. She proceeded to tell us they were closed, and unprovoked asked if my friend spoke English. The amount of racism and disrespect displayed by this employee was appalling, and I recommend that everyone avoid this location. Called UberEats for a refund and the location claimed to be open so we couldn’t get the money back.

Apparently they weren’t taking any orders anymore, but didn’t say that anywhere or put any small sign on a piece of paper or tell people until the actual closing time. I ordered on the app beforehand, and waited for 2 hours at the store for my order, and then he goes “i don’t have anymore in the system, we stopped taking order like 2 hours ago” okay you could have said that somewhere???? Not have me wait for that long, can you repay me my 2 hours I could have used for studying like it’s finals season cmon now, and I have been so hungry for hours now. Still haven’t gotten my money back either. They don’t care about their customers, the service is always so poor every time I go, it’s just this time it was the last straw. Seriously unbelievable, making me and other people wait for that long only to say you haven’t been taking orders for the past hours AFTER making us wait that long, and not repaying that time or money . So disrespectful and lazy and rude. It really isn’t that hard to just say hey we are done taking orders for the night. Not wait till the end. Awful, horrible, disappointing, just wow
