Good experience and the food was made really well. My only complaint is that when parking close to the building, the line of cars for the drive thru was blocking us preventing us from backing out and leaving.

I just left the drive-through line and I couldn’t be more happy. All my food is piping hot. Everything is wrapped in bagged carefully every little bit of extra sauces and sauce packets that I ordered are in the bag. They didn’t put too much ice in my drink, everything seems like it was made with genuine care and this was probably one of the best Taco Bell meals. I’ve had at this location in a while so I just want to thank the staff and thank everybody that works there because I really appreciate the effort that they put in to making this !

This location was disgusting and service was so slow. When we first walked in there were 2 people waiting. You order at a kiosk and are no longer able to order with a person.
We placed our order and it took 30 minutes to get our food, this was for 2 people and 7 items; 2 were drinks that we had to ask for because there is no one taking orders.. there were at least 5 people working that I could see. No excuse for this kind of wait when there weren’t a lot of people.
We wanted to eat at the restaurant, but it was filthy so we took our food to the car. The garbage was overflowing.
The food looks as if they packed it and then smashed it. Not a pleasant experience.

If you only want lettuce on your order this would be the place. One taco had a teaspoon of meat on half of it. My order you could only see crumbs of hamburger. Place is dirty and staff was rude. Do yourself a favor and drive on by.

My main issue is that all of the food got made wrong or burnt. I understand my slightly complicated order, however, I got 2 stackers, one with chipotle sauce and one with rice added. Neither had rice, both had onions for some reason. I got a grilled cheese burrito that got burnt and wasn’t even wrapped fully (see picture). Not to mention, the food took forever to make. Other than that, the restaurant was pretty gross. There was food all over tables and it did not seem clean. I have come here often for a long time but this is the worst experience I have had. (Ps the picture of the wrapped item came that way with sauce on the underside as well!)

Every time I order from the college location (every tuesday) I literally want to call the store and tell these people how much I love them. My food is so good every time and very well made and always hot. Love me a grilled cheese burrito and I know it’s probably not their favorite thing to make but they do so well every time.

Placed a big, intricate order for multiple people with a lot of customizations. Veggies for this crunchwrap, no veggies for that one, etc. I was half-expecting them to have messed up one of the order customizations, but they got everything right. 10/10 for attention to detail.

Horrible service horrible at the drive-thru went there on my lunch break was told they didn’t have nacho fries but they still charge me for them ordered the chicken nuggets a five-piece mind you and I got these burnt pieces of chicken that I wouldn’t feed my dog. Very very disappointed spent $17 and didn’t need any of the food.
