Koo spot but they wouldn’t give me my drinks without ice saying that they couldn’t alter the drink in any way. Almost made me walk out but I was hungry. Never had this issue before.

I mean it’s a solid take on Mexican quisine, but very very clearly made with cheaper material. Not alot of real flavors, needs hot sauce or something. I mean when you say you’re going to put sauce on a burrito you should put more than 2 drops. The soft taco shell was my least favorite the lettuce taste off, odd would be an understatement. Didn’t taste good or anything fell part almost instantly. Wish it had some salsa or something, but overall just disappointed on the restaurant as a whole. The regular taco was not the worst but still more of the same. Didn’t have enjoyable experience eating this chances I order from this establishment in the near future is very unlikely, with that being said I was pleasantly surprised with the churros they were quite good, the “dough” part could have been softer and a little more churro like, but the sugar was very well done. So well done on the churros. Solid restaurant if you need a quick bite that is bearable, but if you have time and like 16 bucks I would go somewhere else.

I ordered on Taco Bell app. They could not deliver the order and still i got charged. Upon asking for refund they simply said i need to talk with Door Dash without any hesitation. There is no concept called customer service in this store. They don’t know to whom they charged in past. They simply say “I don’t know” rather than providing solution to customer. Even Manager is not supportive. She was not ready to give her name either because she knew that she was doing wrong thing. They are playing blame game. They know how to take money but don’t know how to refund. How on earth this store is doing business. Totally unsatisfied with service. Totally unprofessional behavior. Will never try this store again in future. And yes you still owe my money. I don’t need food from your store.

As different as this will seem to most, I have to compliment this establishment for the best kept condiment bar of all taco bells I’ve visited. Thus, that alone gets them a five bc trust me, it IS the little things that count! Attention to detail always goes along way with me. With regard to my veggie bowl, I was very pleased considering my last visit to a TB for one was disappointing.

I’ve gone through this drive-thru embarrassingly so many times in the last 2 weeks. The employees working the drive-thru are the nicest people. Great customer service. The food is typical good Taco Bell food. If you haven’t been to Taco Bell and know what I’m talking about I would be shocked. It’s good. Taco Bell is just good, almost always. And this location is serving good food with the correct proportions. Only one item as of late has been made in a weird way where all the sour cream was in one bite. But all of the other items I’ve been perfect specimens of Taco Bell deliciousness. High praise to the window workers and to the rest of the staff here.

Walked in, cashier has no customers. Started to give an order. She says She can’t take it. It has to go through the kiosk. She said she can help with it. No. When I walk into a fast food place and cannot talk to a free person but a machine, I am done with that place

Bad attitude…poor customer service..when a customer asked to remove beef and add black beans, you need to make the order properly with black beans..we had to literally look for black beans in nacho Belgrade..when I brought it to their attention, the young girl who made it came out and said she put 2 cups of black beans !!! I wonder where that disappeared..May be it vanished in the air.. I told them just give me side of beans and I will pay for it..so that’s what they did..they charge 33 cents for lettuce and $1.29 for side of black beans even though they didn’t make it right..its not about a dollar, it’s about your poor customer service and argue instead of just accept and make it right..these young staff members very much need to learn..thank you for the food

We walked a little over 1 mile for some Taco Bell. Just ur regular old place but it was some good stuff. Came out hot & was full of flavor.
