Difficult to place an order. My order was 2 beef crunchy tac sup , 1 double decker supreme, and 4 mild sauces. There were no sauces in the bag. When I called to tell them I just got a recording. Not good service.

What a service!! if you don’t like your job find another one and be happy, suppose this is a costumer server but in my experience when Im at the window was upset, really bad attitude, and I was ignored for the lady. My food was horrible no meat on it, I pay $34 just for crunchy taco with out everything. guys be honest and told the people you don’t have nothing to prepare the tacos, don’t give me that piece of trash.

This place really is hit or miss.
Years ago I was refused a refund for an order that was not mine. I spent 40$ and I was handed two food items. Was 3rd shift the managers name was buddy. He was far from friendly and cussed us out the entire time. They don’t realize we can hear them through the glass even if it is closed. We refused to leave until we got the refund so he called the cops on us. We won that battle because no way would they rob us legally. His general manager then messaged me on Facebook after I left a Facebook review and cussed me out too. Thankfully she apologized and I decided to not take it to corporate.
Currently 2025 the 3rd shift workers are pleasant funny fast and accurate. So glad for that. I adore whoever is in the window on 3rd shifts now. You can tell they know exactly how to do their job. Hope they stay for a long time. I would go here after work sometimes and I liked the workers in the afternoon evening as well no comment on morning shift but i think the gm who is pretty unprofessional and the manager I mentioned earlier work the mornings. I wouldn’t dare go there during that time. Good riddance.

Great food. Great staff. This was two years ago….now???? Not so much. I work 16-18 hrs a day between working at subway and Smithfield. When I leave Smithfield anywhere between 1-2 am I’m tired and dreadfully hungry. Other than gas stations taco bell is the only thing open. I go here every night and order the same thing to take home and share with my kids. Other than refusing to bag my friend and my order separately the orders are usually right and their decently fast. Two days ago I decided to switch up my order and instead of getting 8 Doritos locos for 17 it would be better to get a party pack with two of them being Doritos shells for the same price. Well I only had 10 tacos. I go in the next night and order the same thing and let them know they forgot two of my tacos, they ask for my receipt, and correct my order and give me my new order. Check out my pics and see how they made the two they forgot. I don’t care about the customers who try and get free food. I’m not them… I spend on average 15-20 bucks a night on a little bit of fast food because money is NOT an issue for me. It’s the principal. So the way you made my tacos was immature and sad. I bust my butt to earn my money and I didn’t appreciate it at all. I tried to be nice in the drive and even apologized like it was my fault and that’s how you do me? Did you think it was funny? I’m cool on going back there. I’ll go home and just make my own. It’s getting harder and harder to find good service. Look at the pic of the first box I bought. Does that look like 12 tacos??? Then compare the two to the ones that were made the right way. I know they did it because in their minds they didn’t forget anything but newsflash you actually did. And I would’ve dropped it had you been decent about it.

It seems like the crew only cares about their conversation with each other. Sure, my order was right. I watched one of the employees (heavy set guy in the pictures) throw orders on the table by drive-thru. I also watched the same heavy set guy lean up against the counter that food is prepped on. I don’t know about Illinois but leaning up against a counter that food is prepped on is a MAJOR health code violation.
The same heavy set guy did not honor the fact that my order was for here either. Instead, he put it in a bag. Sure, I was gonna ask for a bag but that’s NOT the point. The point is that I asked for it to be for here and it was put in a bag.
It doesn’t matter if you work in fast food or not, following directions is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
We won’t discuss the language out of all THREE of these employees or how much they were belittling other people in other establishments…

The Carmel apple impenada is small and costs 2.99 and has a factory taste little flavor bland and the service was terrible the worker was taking a long time to ring us up and overall I just don’t think anyone should be buying this product

The employees were very courteous and professional when order taking. They informed me they were actually out of most of the meat but they could make things vegan. However I ordered something with beef which they had but my beefy melt burritos were supposed to have red strips on them and they did not. I love their added texture. Without them it’s like eating a pudding tortilla. I was disappointed
