ADDICTED TO cinnamon twists and the crew are great. Heather is right on it when i come and always says hi how are you. Makes it nice to go when staff so friendly. Dont ever get rid of cinnamon twists!!

All the Taco Bells around Rockford need a change in management. The manager forced the employee to charge me an extra 60 cents to switch from nacho cheese to guacamole for my already over priced nacho fries because it is a mall. When I told the employee that no other Taco Bell charges me to make this change he said the manager made him. Disappointing experience for a long time Taco Bell eater.
