I’m not going to this Taco Bell anymore. Apparently they are never ready to serve during their business hours. Two or three times now. I have tried to place an order on the app or even without the app because that hasn’t been working very well lately. And I’ll get to the speaker and they’ll say that their store is currently not open and that they can’t serve anyone right now. It clearly says on the app and on Google Maps that they open at 7:00 a.m. but they’re never ready for it.

Had a pick up order made for myself to get in-store. I placed my order 20 minutes prior to arriving at this Taco Bell store, (4001 McFarland Rd Rockford IL.) I arrived with no one manning the registers. I asked to have someone upfront and asked the girl at the drive thru if she had my order. It wasn’t ready so I had to wait an extra 5 minutes. After the wait was over, I stated, “Thank you. Now do it a little faster next time. This is fast food.” The next thing that happened was a lady began speaking very quick and angry Spanish. I don’t know who she was talking to, since I was already walking out the door. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I can only assume it was the manager since the manager is supposed to be the one who knows how to speak Spanish. I didn’t see the manager at the front helping with orders earlier. I used to have good service here which is why I came out to this exact Taco Bell on 4001 McFarland Rd in Rockford. Disappointed with my visit and they will no longer be seeing me again. Absolutely disrespectful staff here. I can only hope it’s just the night crew, but I’m sure it’s not seeing how it was in there. The atmosphere was very on edge like a kid giving you the “I don’t wanna,” whining speech. None of my order was made like it was, since I had extra cash to funnel out and I didn’t even get what my cash paid for. (Refer to the video clips.) There needs to be better management here.

I had cash. Employees wouldn’t ring me up and the automatic kiosk doesn’t accept cash.
Employees stated they are not interested in ringing someone up with cash.
I was insulted and degraded by the cashier and the manager.
This was at 12:08pm daytime on December 18th if corporate would like to pull video footage.
I will not ever return to this establishment and will tell everyone I know of this service

Two employees arguing for a solid 10minutes, screaming back and forth, Very unprofessional…was between a larger white woman and a black male with dreadlocks. Didnt get names.
A manager should address this. Many people in the lobby were not appreciative or comfortable.
Both these employees should be fired, hire people with better people skills and attitudes.

Went with my mom for the 2nd time to this location. Ordered 2 Mexican Pizzas and sour cream since they don’t come with that. The previous time they gave us 2 small containers for free. Today they charged us $1.31 for a very small amount of sour cream and put it on the pizzas instead of on the side as we requested. Will NEVER go to this location again.

Not only was I treated poorly when asking for a remake of my food. I couldn’t find anywhere to sit because every table was filled with crumbs or sauce. Nobody is in the drive thru or ordering so there’s no reason a team member couldn’t come out and clean. When I let them know I didn’t order hot LETTUCE in my quesadilla, they looked at me like I was bothering them. They also messed up another guys order and went to the back proceeded to talk about him in a very rude way.
