May be it is a Taco Bell in a small town, the ambience was not impressive. They did not have anyone on the cash register, so concept of greeting was missing. There was an ordering station to self service the ordering process. The receipt was supposed to be automatically sent as a text on the cell phone but it did not happen. The Veggie Mexican Pizza was a good size for nighttime eating. Btw this pizza should not be compared with Italian pizza as this had more Taco Bell theme i.e. it had a layer of beans paste under cheese with diced tomatoes. It was more like Quesadilla turned into a pizza.

The customer service here is an actual joke. I ordered through the mobile app on 9/30 for dinner, got my bag and drove all the way home to Machesney Park just to realize I got somebody else’s order entirely. A different name on the bag and all. Instead of driving all the way across town, I attempted to call and asked for a refund. I first spoke to the young guy who was at the window originally and gave me the wrong order. I explained what happened and he said ABSOLUTELY nothing, ignored me and handed me off to the next person. I then spoke to a lady (I’m assuming manager?) where I repeated myself. She was nice and explained their policy was to take my name so I can get a replacement meal another time. I accepted that with patience and got off the phone. I go THE NEXT DAY for my meal and this VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE old man, was unnecessarily rude about the situation. He consistently made it seem like I was lying or that I was dumb. He also completely disregarded said “policy” and asked me a bunch of questions about my meal and the visit the night before just so I could get my food. When I get my bag, there’s no apology or anything he just slams the window in my face without giving me my drink. I had to wave him down just to get my drink, where he again was going to give me the wrong drink. I don’t know if it was to be a jerk or just genuinely doesn’t care about he is doing. As someone who worked as a manager in the food industry for 8 years, in what universe do you blame a customer for YOU messing up their food? Just sad. I will never be going to this location again.

this taco bell closes at 3am and fed me the best tacos ever at 252am. vickie and grayson deserve a raise this place had a line out of the parking lot yet they were quick and accurate with all of the orders. 10/10 best tacos i have ever eaten

It’s been some time since I’ve been to a Taco Bell that doesn’t suck. Not only was my order proper, but the taco was prepared by someone who cares about portioning, in a timely manner as well. Good job guys!

Normally we have the best experience at this location which is why we travel to get to it. But this time, We waited forever for our food and we watched the manager who was making our food have his hands in his pockets, take a phone call, and sit there on a little stool to the side all while wearing the same gloves never taking them off to wash his hands.

The vibe here started off “nice nasty”. I suppose the nasty part stem from me utilizing my T-Mobile Tuesday free drink that I ordered through the app. My husband explained the entire detail about the T-Mobile Tuesday app. and the cashier still stood in front of us looking as if we were exhibits at a museum. Her response was “fine, I’ll give you that”, my husband showed her the bill and entire transaction on my phone..
The lobby is dirty with food and scraps on every table with the exception of maybe two tables where people are sitting right now. There’s no line and it’s not busy at all (see pic).
I honestly prefer not to revisit this place because customer service is terrible and the restaurant is not clean. My husband food tasted good (he said) so we’ll see if we’ll ever return, I feel that we should’ve went somewhere else.

Went through the drive through and she told me to wait until was finished putting in the items to say the next one. When I waited, she would still be rude and ask if there was more to the order. Got home and I was missing the chips for my box and a burrito was replaced with a Dorito taco. They also didn’t give the sauce for my nuggets and the nuggets were burnt. Common occurance for me to get home and I have missing items, but they stacked it all of the $37 order into one bag so I would have to dump it all to check if it’s all there.
