To start off I’m a huge taco bell fan. Its always my go to. But this one in Winnebago really dropped the ball. Everything was great but the food itself. Almost no meat in my chicken chipotle and to make it worst it tastes like some kind of cleaner or chemical. I hope next time and if there’s a next time it’s gotten better

Ordered at the kiosk, waited half an hour, only to be told they were out of beef so we couldn’t get our tacos. Meanwhile, the friend I was with ordered a quesadilla and it had onions and sour cream in it (it isn’t supposed to). They were very sweet though when I said I’d just like to cancel my order and get a refund.

I frequent this location often. They NEVER have once got an order 100 percent correct. The worse location I have ever experienced. Young highschool kids who couldn’t care less about their job or the costumer. AVOID!!!
