Affordable food. No nonsense free refills. All the condiments and napkins I want and need. The staff is good. I have seen them help people with the kiosk. They always get my order right. Most of the tables are clean most of the time.

This employee was lazy as hell. Told me I couldn’t place an order at the counter. She literally said that she was trained to make everyone take order at the kiosk. She refused to take my order. So I had to leave the establishment and go through the drive through just to order my food. And she was rude as hell about it. So she’s lazy and rude.

Don’t ever go into the store and order. I ordered just some tacos and they took over 30 minutes just for that. Meanwhile about 20 cars went thru the drive thru and got their orders. They only started making it until I complained. Ridiculous and their excuse was there computers get mixed up.

This restaurant is going downhill!!! Couple weeks ago, went to dine-in, and all over counters were, “Sign in at kiosk”…this is the great & small village of Winnebago. How about keepin’ with customer/cashier interaction?!?! 🙁

Service is terrible on 3rd shift. If you come close to close (30-55 mins before) they will not serve you. They will cuss at you for coming through and then when you pull off because you don’t wanna be disrespected the lady sticks her head out the window and yells profanities at us. This Taco Bell has gone so down hill it’s sad. Unreal

We were heading through Winnebago in the morning and decided to stop for breakfast. This location states they are open at 9 AM for breakfast but when we pulled in 9:05 they had the drive thru open but not the breakfast menu. We asked them to show the breakfast menu and they said that they weren’t open. This was honestly disappointing. We went to McDonald’s instead and had great service and a great breakfast.
