Terrible service. Waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru. Employee gave us a gift card for the inconvenience. Get home and the gift card has $0. Cherry on top, empty tacos and stale tortillas.

My husband & I went through the drive-thru for dinner…we thought we ordered “2” $7.00 Luxe boxes…what they gave us was “2” #7 combos! Chicken quesadillas & 1 hard shell TACO. We didn’t get the Tacos & only received 2 pieces each of the chicken quesadilla. Husband went inside the restaurant to try & correct what we thought we ordered & the mgr wouldn’t DO anything about it!! She simply told him ..that’s what you ordered sir! WILL NOT go there EVER again!

Theresa and night crew are amazing! This was my first time at this location being a new resident of Sterling. I went inside to order since I didn’t want to hold up the drive-thru line. The staff was super courteous and funny as we tried to use the order kiosk for the first time. Our conversation with Theresa was delightful as we waited for our very large order and the time flew by. You can tell there’s a lot of love and passion with her and the team’s fabulous customer service. After the rough day I had, the smiles made everything better. Food was excellent so we will be back for some more great food and smiles!

I typical don’t leave reviews, but genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. They mixed up my order with the car behind us. We go back around and get the correct order. I found out the person behind us was someone we knew, so we traded the orders. They still proceeded to completely mess up my original order. I’ve worked fast food before, but how do you mess up that badly?

The drive thru takes over 30 ( THIRTY ) minutes every time I visit now, even with only one car in line. The food is not good anymore, the shell of my chalupa tasted like cardboard and was cold. They barely put any toppings at all on my entire meal. A combo meal should be filling. Ridiculous.

Inconsistent food. 40 minute wait for food and no apology or offering of anything for the inconvenience. Wrote a complaint to support and didn’t receive anything back. Prices are higher than other Taco Bell’s in the area.

Call and order ahead if possible. Took 1hr and 4 minutes from the time they took my order.(receipt time) I went thru the drive thru with my family and young children sat for almost thirty minutes from the drive thru screen to the window sat another 15 at the window then got asked to park around the building. Then we had an item missing and just left figured an hr was enough

There was not soap in the men’s bathroom. There wasn’t even a soap dispenser installed in this very filthy bathroom. It’s safe to assume employees don’t wash their hands after they use the toilet. I notice that one of the ladies working there was handling food with no gloves. I won’t be eating my food. Be careful.

Stopped by for a quick bite. The guy told me he was shorthanded and I had 13 orders ahead of me. So I pulled around into the parking lot and waited. The same guy came out with my order apologized for the wait. He knocked a dollar off the price. Food was great. Nice looking building.
