I have to call out the weekend night crew! I come here often after work late and they are always busy. For good reason. They do a great job! Customer service and quality of food is top notch. I’ve seen them handle super long lines and fussy customers and deal with it like pros. If management sees this, give them props and/or a raise.

Everyone at the Roscoe location is so gosh darn awesome. They all deserve mega raises for not only putting up with my excessive potato-based orders (which they almost always overstuff, bless their beautiful hearts), but how they handle the absolutely ridiculous demand post-23:00 with aplomb. Taco Bell is what it is, you either tolerate it or crave it for some mad reason, but the Roscoe fellows are the best and I love them all!!!

This used to be a very good Taco Bell. Lately though, it has really gone downhill. Order accuracy, food and drink quality, and drive thru speed have all gone down significantly especially the last few visits. This used to be my preferred restaurant but now I’ll think I’ll go elsewhere.

Asked before pulling up to the window to verify I had ordered a blended flavor of slushy, the employee said yes that’s the same one you ordered… it was not the one, also the other slushies weren’t blended and still did not arrive as they were ordered or eamg up. Tacos fell apart per the usual race bell experience but mainly the beverages being 3/3 incorrect was what sealed the deal on this being a location I will not return to
