If you don’t like your job don’t work there. The food was thrown in the bag and at the bottom was two crumpled crunchwraps with the rest of our food thrown in on top. They gave 5 packets of sauce when asked for two kinds for two meals. There was nobody else behind us at drive through so how hard is it to just put the other meal in a different bag and put sauces in both!? Food was done quick but we aren’t paying for the bare minimum or lazy workers. its 1am and we wanted a nice meal with sauce and it not being mashed in the bottom of the bag along with your fast service. (Edit) food was very poorly made.

Great drive thru service. Until we returned to the hotel. Bite in to my tacos hard crusty pieces look the bottom of the pan refried beans. Yuck called they said to bring them back. So back there we go. Know the others food is going to be cold. Get back they did my order over. Never have had this happen hope never again. Young men at this location stated they forgot to add water. Just adding water will not help the bottom of extremely dried refried beans. Have to say Taco Bell is no longer inexpensive so prefer food to be fresh!

I order a nacho bell grande and change the beef to steak ( have to pay extra for steak) and the put 6 pieces on it. Went up to ask about it and they said that’s all they put on it very rude and walked away. The people working are not very welcoming either, I understand you get what you pay for but come on..

I don’t understand why it takes 10+ minutes to make food that is right in front of you with everything prepared. Especially if you get there 10 minutes after placing a mobile order and it takes an extra 10 minutes just for you to get your food to have it be lukewarm. Very slow for a fast-food place. A full blown restaurant with dine-in seating and waiters/waitresses is much faster.
