If I could give 0 stars I would. Workers are too busy talking to each other. Items were missing on my order , he forgot my drink and I was charged for 2 different meals. Avoid this location.

18.50 for 2 items and a drink is wild business. Makes sense if you’re out some where. But “ fast food” , no wonder people are choosing other places or taking food to work. Zero reason Taco Bell’s 4 dollar to make food should be 18.56 for 1 person. And it was a quesadilla and meat and cheese taco. Just wild.

Absolutely horrible!! The tacos barely had any meat. My chicken burrito was worse! The chicken was dry, stringy and hard! The staff acted like they didn’t want to answer any questions, I don’t go out often so I had no clue what the items were.

The store I went through actually gave me a good meal. The chicken in my meal bowl was not overdone and dried out like in past visits.
The worker at the window could act a little happier or enjoyed their job more , but overall, it was good.

I went inside the Taco Bell on State Street in Belvidere, IL and was greeted with a kiosk ordering machine instead of a person. I went through the offerings on the kiosk 4 times and could not find the chicken nuggets that were pictured on a big poster I saw before I came into the store. Finally, I got someone’s attention behind the counter and was told they were not selling the chicken nuggets until the next day. Also, there was a large tip canister placed prominently on the counter. I could not find what I wanted on the kiosk because it was not listed, and tips are expected for no service. I left without purchasing anything.
