The customer service sucked. I also didnt get what I asked for. I asked for a large Baja blast with the steak pablano quesadilla, 2 gordillo crunch wraps, and a large nacho fry. Instead I got this. This is the last time I go to this taco bell.

I drove through the drive thru and ordered at 10:20pm. My order included a Regular #2 Combo with a Pepsi and a Discovery Luxe Box with a water. And an order of Nacho Fries. I was told to park on the side of the building after paying at the window. We were waiting for 30 minutes and watched multiple cars go through and get their food right away yet ours hadn’t been brought out to us still. We end up going through the drive through to ask when to expect our food to be done and that we have been waiting for half an hour. And they didn’t even remember our order whatsoever. We pull up to the window and show them our receipt and he brings us a bag of food, the bag was rolled shut. I open it as I am driving away because I just waited 30 minutes for food. I am missing my Chips and Cheese from my Luxe Box. My nacho fries are cold and my #2 Combo soft shell tacos are packaged messily with random sauce all over their packaging. It is safe to say I will never being going to this location ever again.

I’ve been too this Taco Bell many time I’ve not had a single good experience at this specific Taco Bell. Let’s start with their service, their service stinks and last time I was ordering through the drive through the lady was very rude then this time they didn’t get my order right. Then let’s talk about the food, I don’t know what’s so hard about wrapping a burrito but they can’t seem to do it and my taco just fell apart, and my cinnamon twists were just crushed up pieces. So if I were you I would recommend you go to another Taco Bell if possible.

Absolute garbage would not recommend. Employees were rude and non helpful had forgotten our taco and refused for a refund. We had gotten mexican pizzas it tasted and smelled awful. We called multiple times for a refund refused and told us to call back in a week for a refund or to come back to the taco bell but we had already left for our road trip. If i could i would rated a 0 would never go back an absolute waste of money.

This taco bell seems to get worse and worse, they used to be good I’d buy taco party packs from here very now and then but theses past few times theyve put meat in only the half the taco and it’s always the tiniest amount too. Not worth coming here anymore.

It wont let me do a new review so i will just add Terrible service,food sucked soggy tacos they messed up 3 orders in drive thru returned money too 1 customer but would not return money too he rest of us we dined in i will never come back i gave them a second chance they fsiled miserably and never got my drink 00000 stars They always mess up the order every time I come here I would rather drive across town to a different bell ps. I work night shift, and sometimes options are limited. When visiting this establishment either their system is down or employees are on their phones in the lobby ignoring the drive through. Whenever I try and give them a chance there is always a mishap. Wendys or Arby’s are better options.

The worst Taco Bell experience EVER!!
1 chicken quesadilla, 3 dorito locos tacos and some nacho chips and cheese… all ordered with extra meat.
The pics first of all… that was my order of chips, with not 1 or 2 cheese cups but SIX!!! LMAO!! And then the tacos… if that’s what the prep guy calls extra meat, then I feel so sorry for his female friends.
And then the original quesadilla had only 5 pieces of chicken on it..
I took it all back and asked for their direct district manager, not the store manager but God only knows this reflects on the store manager’s ideology. I got my tacos remade and my quesadilla, and got my chips filled up also..
WHY CANT ALL THESE CHAIN RESTAURANTS HAVE CONSISTENCY FROM ONE TO THE NEXT?
Oh..and let’s not forget the drive thru guy!! Thankfully my food was made on the line closest to the inside register, bc the drive thru guy would sit on the other food line in between cars… with at one point, his damn underwear would be touching that counter!!! The only reason I got the food was bc he was..thankfully..on the other side and not where the food was being prepped!!
And if the managers or any higher ups see this, the drive thru guy was wearing a white hoodie, blue and white high top Nikes, and black athletic pants..
I’ve been to this TB location 2-3 other times with no complaints. But this time would be and will be the last time!! I hope to see this place closed down soon if they can’t hire any better or any more decent help than what I interacted with tonight!! Disgraceful!!!
