I went in on 2/2/26. There was a minor hiccup (1st one since I’ve been ordering over MONTHS, so this doesn’t happen often) with my order today but when I called the store Jade answered and she was very polite. She handled the manner effectively and professionally! I always have good experiences at this location. It always is clean as well. Jade and her team deserve lots of praise!

On my visit 9/6/25, to my surprise, all eyes on me, despite the ebb n flow disapproved feeling from neighboring Wendy’s personnel, moments prior, the service here was a refresher, leaving me satisfied, tho overly abundant, as my intent to nourish simply started as a baked potato but TB rec’d all that doe n then so bc the competition was ignant so it goes.

I know this is fast food but the quality is garbage! I’ve tried multiple times at different locations. Taco Bell has gone wwwaaayyy down over the years. I didn’t get my requested sauce packets. Forget trying to save money. Just go somewhere else. The only saving grace was the nacho fries and those aren’t always on the menu.

They give all lettuce and not enough meat. The menu is a totally different look, then when your order is ready. I’m not impressed at all taco bell is too high in cost for the food they’re serving. The burrito was soupy!

I went to the Taco Bell on 127th in Calumet Park on Ashland , and I ordered a Nacho bell grande meal which came with a taco and a drink. When I got home I notice my taco was not in the bag, so I tried to call up to the store just to let the girl know who took my order that she forgot to give me my taco, but no one answered the phone. I also notice that the Nacho bell grande was poorly prepared, we’re the ingredients was just thrown on the nachos with no care. I did notice something odd about this restaurant because the African-American girl who took my order told me to pull back instead of forward while they get my food ,it was almost like she was trying to hide something or not wanting the customer see what was going on while preparing my food. I purchase my food on 4/25 about 6:40 pm. I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell based on my experience, and poor Customer service from the Drivethru..

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and jump back on the road. Food was good service was great and fast. I also would like to add that this was hands down the cleanest fastfood restaraunt I have been too in a long time. The bathroom and even behind the counter. I was really impressed.

The portion of meat is about one teaspoon. Not enough for the price. In this economy we have choices. Buy somewhere else or make your own.

Terrible service, asked to speak to a manager, and it took minutes to approach the window, all I needed was two drinks and a black worker kept looking angry when all I needed was sincere customer service, even when I spoke to the manager, he was angry as well, telling me it’s policy to not serve through the window, when I can’t drive my vehicle because its too large.
