Ordered food on the app, said it would be ready at 11:31. After arriving, I waited 10 minutes for someone to ask if I needed something. Told them I had a mobile order but it said they were still working on it. They pulled out a box from behind the counter and said here ya go. It was all cold and soggy from sitting so long. When they remade it, the tacos had very little meat in it. Cheese was under half full and chips were all crushed. Also forgot my sauces.

Worst location ever. Was given taco shells with just cheese, missing half the order. Was placed on hold by Lesley for a woman manager. She proceeded to scream over me and refuse to give me her name. I asked for my items I paid for to be refunded and then she hung up. TERRIBLE.

When my partner ordered today, he asked for tacos. Admittedly, he never specified what kind, however, the person over the intercom never asked what kind of tacos we wanted. When we got our food. we realized that we forgot to specify and ask for them to be soft tacos instead of crunchy. All we wanted was our ordered to be fixed and for the crunchy tacos to be REPLACED with soft tacos. We didn’t WANT the crunchy tacos, and, considering they weren’t even touched, we wanted to give them back. Instead, the employee at the window this afternoon wanted to charge us for more food. Not only have I never had this kind of situation happen before, but at every other Taco Bell (and subsequently every other fast food establishment), the nuance of human error is understood. USUALLY, franchises have a food cost contingency that essentially tracks how much is lost in food costs due to human error. This location made it seem like they’re bleeding money. Along with that, the employee at the windowed LIED to my face, telling me that we ordered CRUNCHY tacos. I told her that neither she, nor my partner had originally specified the type of shell that was wanted for the 4 tacos. SHE made an assumption (assuming we meant crunchy tacos just because didn’t specify which ones we wanted. she entered crunchy instead of asking “crunchy or soft”.) and tried to make us pay for it. Yes, we should’ve specified which taco shell we wanted, but we were tired, had JUST checked out of our hotel, were otw back to Champaign, and hadn’t eaten. It was a mistake that could’ve easily been solved with a swapping of tacos, but instead, she tried to get us to pay for 4 MORE tacos and to keep the ones we’d mistakenly ordered. We just drove off, since she had a slight attitude anyway and we were tired and just wanted food. We threw the tacos away and ordered someplace else. If that’s YOUR company’s policy, then so be it, but y’all suck. genuinely.

Whoever is working night shifts should just quit , honestly waiting 30 minutes for an order when there’s no one in front of me is crazy , and on top of all that , they don’t even tell me anything and just kept me waiting at the window , not a single person came to the window , trash management and trash workers. Either they smoking in the back or something

Best location within 5 miles of my house.
2 Tvs, pop is always mixed properly, usually very fast, even at dinner on the weekends.
Food is always consistent, tables and restroom clean, sauces and napkins, etc. always filled.
Love Taco Bell!

Exceptionally clean and well lit. The employees were smiling, fast, efficient, and courteous. This is my new taco bell location for sure. I’m in taco bell heaven.

This location used to have great service, now they have made it clear they don’t even want to take your order. And if you manage to catch someone to try to place your order, you better have memorized the menu because they don’t have it displayed anymore.
To management: don’t reply saying to contact you privately, just fix things.

So I went through the drive through on my lunch break at around 6:30 PM, and ordered two Cheesy Gordita Crunches, substituted the beef out for chicken. Which of course comes with an upcharge of $1.40 each, that’s fine. But if I’m paying $13.50 for two of those, I would expect a little bit more food than what’s pictured here. I am very disappointed, and don’t plan to order from this location again any time soon.

I enjoyed the crispy tacos. We placed our order using the kiosk. One is able to pay with cash. We found that option refreshing.
The place was very tidy, and the people behind behind the counter were very pleasant and very efficient.
They addressed our senior discount before we even thought about asking.
Initiative is the word I will use for the people here. Job well done.
