This is my second review for this location, and I still think it deserves a significantly better rating. When we ordered, we got our food very fast, and got all of our drink cups, I’ve had other locations forget them, and had to wait several minutes for them to come to the counter and give me my drink. My order was a cantina chicken quesadilla, and a crunchy taco, the quesadilla being cut perfectly, and being easy to pull apart, thought the taco was lacking on the meat side of things, overall the food was good, and to my standard for taco bell.
The service was great, even when my dad ordered a bunch of cinnamon twists, they went out of their way, and walked to our table to hand it to us. The sauces were stocked in the containers, and everything was very clean. We did dine in at around 3:45, so not very busy, but it was once again a very chill environment!
The people that also ordered in the restaurant, seemed to have not had any problems either. All of the employees didn’t give off any pissy vibes or hostility in any kind of way. The sodas were also very crisp, and none seemed to be missing syrups.
(Try mixing the reg baja with the midnight to get the evil grey drank, trust me )

I had no problems here. The food is hot and fast. The drive through lady was nice enough. The nachos are actually fresh! Every other taco bell serves stale nachos. I dont know why this place only has 1.7 stars.

I attempted to leave a survey, but the receipt was too faded. I want to commend a cashier named Smiley. From the moment I approached the sign, she demonstrated professionalism and kindness. Smiley’s customer service was outstanding, and my order was hot and accurate. When I needed a quick bite on my way home, I noticed the drive-thru was manageable and decided to stop in. I don’t regret that decision—Smiley made my experience truly pleasant.

This place is 10/10. I come here a lot and these people are always busy. It’s a fast food restaurant that doesn’t use machines to make food, just their hands so I completely respect time!! I do see a lot of customers being rude to them because of the wait time but wait until people realize that they are not more important then anyone else ordering and can wait their turn.. I’ve talked to staff and they’ve made me feel very comfortable.. asked me if I needed anything and always offer a helping hand. One girl even complimented my hair. Prices are high but I understand that’s nobody’s fault but the company’s and the one choosing to spend the money is me.

$42 spent and 45-60 min wait
But I ordered my food at 6:23pm on the app & they for reason have a drive thru button in the app but make you wait around the corner . But with that being said – they didn’t even bring my food out until 7:15pm , then I got home to open it up and they gave me a wrong order …. So I waited an hour for the wrong order…
At this point I called the store & I explained to the person on the phone who already sounded annoyed , and I mentioned “if you’re going to make someone wait for their food for an hour, at least make sure it’s correct since i paid for it?” Like have common sense basically and give me what i paid for & she hung up on me. Very unprofessional, no wonder why you are rated a 1.7 & honestly this waiting an hour is NOT the first time … You have literally 3-4 employees running it and they are so slow about it… I mean look at all the negative comments, doesn’t this tell the damn owner something?? Close this tacobell down or get different employees because your exployees all suck.

Nice, newer Taco Bell—small inside, nothing big, and not much seating. There are a couple of tables outside if the weather’s nice, and I appreciated that they have a few spots inside where you can sit and work if you want to (which, for some reason, I always like to do).
I went inside rather than using the drive-thru, and the employees I interacted with were actually polite and friendly. Maybe the experience is different at the drive-thru, as some reviews suggest. I did notice a few kitchen staff who didn’t speak much English, so I wonder if communication issues could be part of the service complaints.
Food-wise, it’s exactly what you’d expect—classic Taco Bell, nothing more, nothing less. However, if you plan to sit inside and use the Wi-Fi, don’t bother. It’s painfully slow, around 2.5 Mbps download and less than 1 Mbps upload, which in 2025 might as well be dial-up. Bring your own connection if you need to get work done.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Slow. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru….
The store got better for a while, but tonight once again ruined it. Waited in the drive-through for five minutes, then was told to park in a weird spot where the crew definitely forgot about me and my order, waited 15 more minutes so I ended up having to go inside anyways. The whole staff was just messing around having a grand old time. I’m all for having fun at work, but I could see maybe one of the three people there actually doing anything. I’m really disappointed and excited for the Taco Bell closer to Naperville to reopen.

The manger is extremely rude! On 8/ 26/25 my husband placed an order he said no I don’t need two meals. She said oh well!! Food was not even made yet! This had happened three times now! Same manager clean your house this is uncalled for a new business I got pics of food keeps hanging up on the phone when I call!! I want my money back asap! I’d give you zero stars close this place down or clean up shop! Now she’s asked me come to see her ( that’s concerning I’m worried for my safety) after hanging up numerous time I want a full refund I’m taking this further! You have a 1.7 for reviews for a reason it’s the people running it plain and simple! I mean she went into the bathroom to speak to me the manager ( degrading me) just fix the order and give me a refund she even admitted the new employee put 5 chips in the bag) that she had to correct him but still told me no refund! If this isn’t a sign to get rid of the management I don’t know what is! Refuse to give me her name that she’s the highest to go to… I know that’s not true as an owner we would never act this way .. Go to Joliet out of the way but they are better! We know the food is trash but our kids like it never again! I run a restaurant.. this isn’t the first time with her I can give you name time and tickets same manager on duty I’d rehire! Just advice I’m not stopping here now it’s the principal not about the 14 bucks! treating people the way she did! What your manager told me If I keep having a problem with my order go somewhere else.. Is that what you what YOUR manger to say? Take my business elsewhere? How about you fix the problem!!

This place is a joke. I’d love to tell you how the food was but placing an order at the drive thru was impossible. After a few attempts to get our order right they told us they have no drinks only water. After wanting to charge for a full “value” meal.
